Lovely place to visit. Staff were friendly, food was lovely. During the day it is paid parking, though saw a sign inside to ask for a pass. Not sure if it means free parking. Worth a visit.

What a delightful place to celebrate my daughters 22nd birthday. All 5 Food dishes and desert was absolutely outstanding and the service from 4 different wait staff was the best I have ever encountered. It was so friendly and engaging and fun. One staff member even loudly joined in singing happy birthday to my daughter with a candle desert cake gift they brought out for her. The ambience for a very cold Melbourne Wednesday night was so warm and cosy. Best birthday night out dinner ever my daughter stated today! What an absolute gem. Hats off and many thanks to all at Mr McCracken for making this such a special birthday night out for me and my family! Can’t wait to return again soon.

Had our impromptu decision to have our anniversary lunch here and yes, their food never disappoint us. Delicious! Really appreciate for making our lunch so memorable. Not to forget the floor staffs for being attentive as well. Lovely! We remembered this little girl will drop her handwriting “Thank you :)” on the receipt. After our lunch, we head to LaManna Supermarket to get some sweets and some groceries. 🥧 Signature Croquettes with chipotle mayo 🍝 Tiger Prawn Spaghetti 🍗 Chicken breast with garlic bread sauce

The food is amaaazing! The staff are super friendly and they frequently check in to make sure our food is okay. Only downside is the ambience, if you dine in inside during busy hours, it can get super noisy to the point you can't hear the person you're speaking with.

I took my husband here yesterday for his birthday and the experience wasn't as great as the first time I was here. We made a booking at 12:00pm and arrived early so we sat in the hotel lobby until the restaurant opened. We were first greeted with "Hi ladies" then were taken to our table. We were the only customers at the time, then there were 2 other tables with 3 people and 4 people. We ordered our food by 12:10pm and the entrees came at 12:25pm, our mains did not arrive until we asked at 1:10pm. At the time we were both so hungry so we ordered a pizza on top of our mains. While we were waiting for our food, we saw the people from other tables getting their mains first and those people have already finished their meals and went off to pay while we were still waiting for our food to come. We've ordered beef steak and chicken and both mains were cold and very mid. The pizza was bland, though the presentation was good. The standard for food and service overall seems to have dropped since the last time I was here for dinner. The atmosphere felt really different and wasn't as positive as before. After our meals, we went to pay and there seemed to be some issue with the customer's card queued before us. We waited again for the staff to put through the transaction before we could pay for our meals. Then finally someone came out to bill us on a different register. This is such a beautiful restaurant and the location of it being next to the Grand Hyatt makes it really luxurious but the service was pretty poor. This has dropped our experience to negative.
