Sitting next to the historical Edinburgh Gardens is the Fitzroy Bowls Club, a venue that has experienced a renaissance. Over the past few years, the venue has become a hub for recreational and social activities in their community. The club is a hub for barefoot bowlers for many social occasions such as birthdays, hens and bucks nights, as a wedding reception or for corporate get-togethers. The club does not have a uniform dress code, but we do ask that all patrons dress in something that is comfortable. The club is open 7 days a week and, with facilities and the greens for hire for both corporate and social events, it is a hive of activity most days and nights. Whether you're looking for a private event or want to host a small gathering, we have a range of spaces to meet your event needs. Situated within the beautiful Edinburgh Gardens, our historic facility offers 10 outdoor BBQ areas, as well as our popular Marquee, Deck and Bar area and access to a public barefoot bowls green. Our indoor Clubhouse can be partially hired (N/A Friday &amp; Saturdays Nov-March) for social events including birthdays, quiz nights, conferences, music and fundraisers. Our Seminar Room is the perfect space for your next offsite meeting or team building activity.

Sitting next to a historical garden, the venue is a community hub where all organisations are welcome. Our fully equipped seminar room is available to hire for meetings, conferences, book clubs, fundraiser campaigns, yoga space or training workshops. 

Catering packages are available to pre-order or groups can hire a Private BBQ area to cook their own whilst enjoying a game of lawn bowls  - it's the perfect unique space for your next event!

Featuring a semi-private room with priority bar access, tables, chairs AC and AV system, which includes a projector with HDMI/VGA PC compatible cables. Groups have access to the PA system with AUX cable for music playing devices or the option to hire a band/DJ. Musicians must provide own music equipment including all microphones, leads  and power boards. 

Catering packages can be pre-ordered or groups can hire a Private BBQ Area to cook their own. Additional charges for bowling, security and staff apply. Clubhouse not available to hire during peak season (Oct-March) or on Saturdays during Pennant season.
