6 Star environment as said, the perfect place to rent for your clients meetings. I have worked with the fantastic team at UnitedCo for a while now and found out that they have not only the most beautiful space, great location, where you’re at 10 minutes by tram from the CDB, but also the exquisite crew behind it all makes your experience absolutely fantastic, the cafe next door is also excellent.

We held a work event at United Co in November 22, and it was a roaring success. Laura and her team were on the ball and considered, helping us out with any queries and making some really useful suggestions. The event space is a standout, with the huge screen and warehouse feel leaving a great impression on our guests.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Peace of mind guarantee

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.

Any request for a refund, cancellation or rescheduling must be sent in writing to the VenueNow Customer Support team to ensure your request is actioned.
