6 Star environment as said, the perfect place to rent for your clients meetings. I have worked with the fantastic team at UnitedCo for a while now and found out that they have not only the most beautiful space, great location, where you’re at 10 minutes by tram from the CDB, but also the exquisite crew behind it all makes your experience absolutely fantastic, the cafe next door is also excellent.

We held a work event at United Co in November 22, and it was a roaring success. Laura and her team were on the ball and considered, helping us out with any queries and making some really useful suggestions. The event space is a standout, with the huge screen and warehouse feel leaving a great impression on our guests.

United Co led by Stephen and his incredible team of staff where an absolute delight to work with. We had a four-day complicated agenda to deliver, and as is this the case not all went smoothly at our end, but the United Co Team stepped up each and every time and accommodated our every request and need to help us navigate the hurdles and deliver an ultimately successful program. I am in no doubt that had it not been for the United Co team this would not have been the positive outcome we achieved. From front of house staffs exceptional service and readiness to help whatever the need, to caterings accommodating changing of dietary requirements on short notice and delivering tasty, healthy and variety of options for all each and every day. And of course, Stephen was a joy to deal with making everything easy, being incredibly responsive to our every need and ensuring our event ran smoothly. United Co is a beautiful space, with every amenity you could want and staff that deliver customer service to a degree rarely seen and exceptional in every respect. If you want to deliver a successful event big or small then, I cannot recommend United Co highly enough as your go to for an extraordinary, tremendous and terrific space staffed by brilliant, skilled people that know how to support the delivery of your event to a successful conclusion.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Peace of mind guarantee

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.

Any request for a refund, cancellation or rescheduling must be sent in writing to the VenueNow Customer Support team to ensure your request is actioned.
