I had a private office here. The AC never worked in the office so we had to open the door to get the heat or cool in. The wi-fi constantly dropped out, which is obviously a major issue for a professional environment.
At the end of my tenancy, when I tried to return the Fob (that cost me $165) I was finally advised that there was no refund because they needed to "deactivate and reactivate the card". As it took me three or four attempts to get an answer out of management, I can only assume they realise how sneaky they were being.

The place could be great if they'd be better at the important things.

Not a great experience, unfortunately. I won't be back.
