Excellent vibe with a chill decor! Great service, great cocktails and great food. We had some cracking jalapeño poppers, octopus, empanadas and delicious greens and Brussel sprouts. Staff super accomodating as our table grew as the night progressed. Will definitely return.

Wide range of great drinks which catered for all likings & delicious food with the ability to have a few nibbles or a full meal. The service was great with super friendly and helpful staff. Kapitan is a decent sized Malaysian restaurant that offers authentic Malaysian cuisine at reasonable prices. In fact, the food is so good that I have decided to go back again soon. I ordered Curry chicken, roti canai, vegetable laksa and Nasi Lemak. All dishes were balanced in terms of flavours, spices, presentation and portion. The food was also served quickly. Roti canai wasn't too thick and therefore was crispy. Thick rotis can give you a taste of raw flour. The owners and the waiting staff are polite and professional. There is enough space to have a party. I guess the restaurant can accommodate up to 80-100 guests at one time. The are three separate sections making it easier to hold a private party without bothering others. Parking is available on the street but there is also a free 3 hr parking about 200 metres away. Overall, a good experience.

Always been happy with this place. Their lunch specials are pretty good and cheap. Went for dinner, which is a bit on the pricey side, but the flavours are worth it. The portion size is quite good as well. Overall this place is worth a visit, and is going to be a regular dining place for me.
