We had dinner at the Tavern on Tuesday night before the Geelong show and were absolutely blown away by the warm, attentive service from Yen, our waitress for the evening. While we really enjoyed the food, it was Yen who truly made our experience memorable. Her down-to-earth, friendly, and personalised approach is exactly the kind of service that keeps people coming back. She made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for — not just like another table. It's rare to come across someone who brings so much heart to their role, and Yen absolutely did. Thank you, Yen, for making our night so lovely — we’ll be back again soon, but will be calling prior to see if you’re working!

Had a wonderful dinner here, where we enjoyed a delicious Chicken Parma and a perfectly made pizza. The Chicken Parma was crispy and flavorful, while the pizza was tasty and delicious. The service was outstanding, with Manager Quoc and Tania being both attentive and friendly. The ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting, making for a relaxing and enjoyable evening. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

We were really impressed with the level of service we received. I had a great experience with the customer service. Food was excellent, ordered steak, salad and chips and Roast Lamb of the day. YEN is amazing, love her vibe and customer service!! Highly recommend. Definitely coming back. Ana x

We always love our meals at The Tavern. Tonight’s Cauliflower Steak was delicious and such a generous serve. Likewise my Sunday Roast special was awesome, so reasonably priced, great serve and also delicious. The staff are always friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend🙏
