We’ve been here a few times and always enjoy our dinners. The staff are super helpful and we love that there is a playground for the kids. The kids playgrounds are separated by toddlers and older kids!

We absolutely love coming to slices restaurant, staff are always on the ball and fantastic. Atmosphere is second to none for families. Perfect for any celebrate any occasion. As you can tell i quite like this restaurant 😆

If I could rate this below zero (no stars) that's exactly what this place would get and rightfully earned. I am writing to express our deep disappointment with the service we received during our recent visit. My family of 5 adults and 2 children expected a pleasant dining experience, but instead, we were rushed out the restaurant halfway through our meal. After placing our order and paying upfront -over $250-we were abruptly informed that the table we were sat at, was needed for another booking at 5pm. It was shocking to be told that which had us pack half our meals in takeout containers while we were still eating. We came in for a dine -in experience, not to feel like we were being booted off our table. I gave feedback that if they already had a booking they should not have sat us down and advised us they were expecting and had booked another big group. No compensation was offered, until my daughter had asked if there was any for the inconvenience caused. To add insult to injury, we were offered a meager $30 voucher, which feels utterly inadequate given the circumstances. This experience left us feeling disrespected and unsatisfied. We cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality dining experience. Save your money and choose somewhere that values its customers.
