What a wonderful place! my partner and i went for a weekend away and ended up having an incredibly wonderful time! from check in (Kate at reception has the best vibe on earth!) to the wine testing at the cellar. Please try the Shiraz its unbelievable! dinner and breakfast were a delight (The coffee isn't the best, but hey, with the lake view, you can't totally bear the coffee) 100% recommended!

We had our wedding reception at Cleveland Winery and they made our dream a reality. Amazing staff, delicious food and wine, and fantastic location. Working with them in preparation for the day was a breeze, and we couldn't recommend enough for a wedding or any other event.

I really want to say I loved it there, but I can’t. Firstly I begin by saying that the staff are amazing. Lauren in Reception is great, Charlie at the Bar is great - message to management… do what you can to keep good staff, these people (and many others are an asset to your business) The food is amazing - credit to the kitchen. The facilities and the grounds are 10/10. Outstanding…. So where does it let itself down?? (Check pics) Firstly the rooms are undercooked - eg, no cabinets, nowhere to put your bag…the bathrooms have nowhere to put gear. The towels are very average (the bed and linen is great however). For a hotel that is $300-$400 a night, I would expect more. The wines are great, but at $78 a bottle for “in house wine” and you are serving them in a glass from Target that cost $2… doesn’t inspire sophistication. As stated earlier, great hotel, just needs a little more polishing.

What a hidden gem! The scenery is spectacular. We dined at the Carraige house restaurant and loved our food. The service was amazing but a big shout out to Evan! What a fantastic waiter his charismatic energy and gorgeous smile!

Stayed here for a few days and had a great time. Kate at the reception is a good source of POIs near the area. There’s an ample space for parking, heaps of spaces for everyone to spread out, few fire pits to keep warm and sit around with your friends. The restaurants have a great menu too, not too complicated. The restaurant serves breakfast for the use who stay on site. Dinner is also a great experience with very helpful staffs. There’s a bar which serves drinks and platters. Plenty of space for everyone. Fresh air. It was a good break for us coming from the city with all the sirens and trams and city noises. Cleveland wine try was peaceful and quiet and we had a great sleep. I know some guests were a bit rowdy but settled down eventually. The room we stayed in was very spacious, big tv, streaming, clean, kettle and we also had a great sunset views and farms and sheeps. The estate also has wine tasting to try and buy wines. Another great thing, just over an hour’s drive from Melbourne CBD. T
