Disappointed with my stay. Was so unwell with hayfever from the room, improving when I left/worsening upon return. The 2 bedroom corner room was spacious with a nice lounge/kitchen area, but all felt very unclean. 806 had a musty smell, very thick dust on aircon vents and cupboards, hair in the shower, clothes line broken off the wall, bathroom floor felt dirty/unmopped, all windows extremely dirty, despite balcony spaces where they could be cleaned, balcony and railings absolutely covered in bird poo, balcony floor disgusting and dirty, table unwiped. Beds were not made as requested, and definitely were not ‘king’ beds as per the booking. Carpet had big lumps in it, lounge looked new. Service wasn’t terrible, was able to get a 12pm late check out. Good location, but would absolutely never stay here again. Needs a major revamp/clean, and is the worst Mantra I’ve ever stayed in. Thankful it was only 1 night, if it was any more, I would have gone elsewhere.

Staff were friendly and location was great apart from that it was terrible! We stayed in a 1bdrm apartment room was tiny but bed was ok. Our son slept on the sofa bed. The legs didn't touch the ground just stayed in the air even when he was on it. He may as well of just slept on the springs it was that uncomfortable! The bathroom was not cleaned properly, there was beard stubble all over sink from the guest before us, pubic hair in toilet bowl and hair along the bath where the shower screen is.. absolutely disgusting! Kitchen wasn't cleaned properly either! It's also the first hotel I've stayed at that you have to pay for parking . $35 per night . I sent them an email weeks ago and didn't even get a reply! Definitely would not recommend this place not will we be back! Even for budget accommodation the cleanliness of the room was horrid!

Very good value for a mid-range hotel! Well-appointed with kitchenette complete with microwave and dishwasher, laundry cupboard with separate washer and dryer, lounge area, and spacious bathroom with spa bath. Every convenience a family needs for a multi-night stay. Room was set up nicely with complimentary wine and biscuits on arrival. The fold-out bed wasn’t made up but a quick call to reception, and housekeeping cheerfully showed up to quickly amend the error. Location is perfect too, very central. View’s nothing too exciting but for the very reasonable price I paid, I’m not fussed.

Dated hotel shows its age with fittings and general quality of rooms. Lack of natural light in the place made it impossible to know whether it was midnight or midday. The staff however were lovely and cant beat the location for convenience. Lots of families so a little loud sometimes - but not too bad.

Location is great! Breakfast was good, rooms clean (although not serviced for 4 nights ) however the bathroom in our 2 bedroom was very average . The bath had a large black stain on the bottom and after complaining , was told that the surface had just peeled off and there was nothing they could do . Shower is over bath which can also be dangerous! Needs total refurbishing of bathroom . Also very noisy with traffic . Bed comfortable and staff very friendly
