Swan Lake is our premium space located on the 18th floor of the hotel. With stunning views of some of Melbournes largest icons including the MCG, Arts Centre, and Federations Square, Swan Lake is the perfect function space for any occasion.

Swan Lake features modern AV facilities including a projector and drop-down screen, whiteboard walls, and flipchart. This conference space offers a private kitchen set with tea and coffee facilities throughout the day. Need fresh air, Swan Lake opens onto a private balcony to enjoy during a busy day.

Stayed in a 1 bed apartment during the Formula 1 & have been impressed all round. The perfect location for the weekend - easy to get to trams & the city centre. Room was clean & loved having the kitchen to cook a few meals. The staff have been EXCEPTIONALLY helpful, accommodating, & kind. Pool, spa, sauna, & gym amenities were awesome. Would recommend!

This is the first time I have been in this amazing hotel. Everything is PERFECT, with an outstanding gym + pool, great view from each suite, breakfast and customer service. The shopping centre is also nearby so you can just walk there. I can fairly say that this place is also very very clean.

Overall this is one of the best hotels in Melbourne in my opinion

My first time staying here for work and WOW, what a great spot. Easy access to everything including the city, trams and food. Staff were super lovely and helpful with food recommendations. The room is amazing.

Beyond affordable, quality finishes, comfy bed and really good shower pressure.

Everything about our apartment was great. It was well appointed, spotlessly clean.

We had one issue which was resolved immediately.

The gym was handy and the pool nice to splash around in. We’ll be back.

We have had a great time staying here. We got a 1 bedroom apartment. The service from staff has been awesome. The location is great. Its right next to the state theatre and a short walk to everywhere else. The only downside is the place is slightly dated. Would definantly stay here again if we ever come back to melbourne.
