1 Star – Horrible Experience and Rude Staff Booked a chalet with a garden view but got a carpark view instead. The next morning, there was no water anywhere on the property—no brushing teeth, no shower, no toilets. After repeatedly contacting staff, who were rude and unhelpful, I was finally told it’d take 3–4 hours to fix—after checkout time. I had to leave dirty and frustrated with zero apology or compensation. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.

A quick weekend away at this great little resort. It was hot enough for us to swim which was great. The staff are very attentive and the room/villa was great. I can see it would be very busy in holiday season, we loved the view from the restaurant and being so close to Buller was great. We did a shop at Mansfield on the way up for breakfast and nibbles which we were glad we did.

A hidden gem located in Merijig in-between Mansfield and Mt. Buller. 1 bedroom apartment was fantastic, buffet breakfast was great, and dinner at the Peaks Restaurant and Bar on site was excellent. Highly recommend this place for families as it has something for everyone to do with many on-site activities. The pool was better than the photos on-line, the mini-golf was fun to play, and the spa and sauna were great to use to end the day. All staff were very polite and provided great customer service. Keep up the great work, team 👏👍

Very comfortable resort in picturesque surrounds. The rooms are modern and well appointed - we had a 1 bedroom which offered good space but unfortunately does not come with a balcony. Bed and shower were excellent. Lovely pool area and a good variety of activities on offer. The restaurant was good on the occasions we tried it, but it felt short-staffed with only two staff working the bar and dining area on a Friday night, and a single staff member for Saturday breakfast. They did very well in the circumstances! A vending machine somewhere would be useful as there is no minibar or kiosk - so nowhere to buy snacks or drinks.

We had an amazing 2 night stay in a one bedroom apartment. The location is so tranquil 💓 The mini lemon curd bites in our room as part of the welcome amenities were amazing! I also like how the welcome gets a bit more as your Accor Plus status increases. It was also an extra lovely touch to have a note from housekeeping offering any extra assistance. Our room was on the 2nd floor felt very private, was so quiet and spacious. The most we heard was kookaburra's and ducks at night when we were on the balcony. We had 2 dinners at the Peaks restaurant. Lauren and Olivia were fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. The service from being seated to leaving was perfect. Just the right amount of time in taking orders, drinks and food arriving and checking how everything was. Highly recommended the Wild Board goulash and the Scotch fillet steak with coyboy butter 😋 At the end of dinner we loved watching the kangaroo's, deer and birds around the grounds from the restaurant balcony and as we wandered back. Glen at the desk was very friendly and shared great advice about the area. We had one minor concern while we were there, which Sujosh quickly and happily remidied for us. Mini golf and tabble tennis were so much fun and the pool was so relaxing in the beautifully landscaped surroundings. There is so much to do in the area too. We look forward to our next visit 💕
