My stay at the Park Hyatt Melbourne was exceptional, with a few standout features that made the experience memorable. The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable, always willing to assist with a smile and going out of their way to accommodate requests. Their genuine care made the stay feel special. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. The quality of the food and the pleasant atmosphere set the tone for the day perfectly. The rooms were well-presented and very comfortable, offering a balance of elegance and practicality. The housekeeping staff were efficient and thorough, ensuring the room was always spotless and inviting. Overall, Park Hyatt Melbourne delivers a luxurious and welcoming experience, with attention to detail that makes it a standout choice in the city. I would highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers.

Excellent room and service! The room was fabulous - spacious and luxurious, great sofas. Restroom: big-sized bathtub with jacuzzi function, brightly lit with two vanities and sinks. The downside of the room is that it is too dark to read any physical books and the bed may be too soft for some (like me, so I didn’t actually enjoy my nights). It is also just out of the “main city rectangle” so a little walk is required to get into the free tram zone. The gym is well-equipped and has an iced-cold water dispenser which was really nice! The swimming pool is big and clean. I tried going for the spa/massage sessions but they were fully booked for the next few days and they stop operations at 6pm. I did not get a chance to try the in-house restaurants in person, but I had room service twice and both times were wonderful! Overall 5⭐️ even after factoring the negatives, objectively. Excellent hotel!

We had a fantastic stay. Everything and even more than one would expect from a Park Hyatt. The rooms are very spacious, super clean and built out of hight quality material. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and discrete at the same time. Breakfast was fantastic. Loved all the fresh products. Location is great as well. Easy walk into the shopping areas and also not too far from Fitzroy. A great suburb in Melbourne.

Good location and chilled vibe. Had lunch in the lobby Cafe, am a regular mostly due to convenient location. Bread was dry aka stale and my lunch was a sandwich. Pointed it out to the waitress who said it was fresh. Denying reality is not a great way to treat customers. Couldn't eat it.

I stayed here in september with one of my friends and this was one of the best Hyatt's in Australia ive stayed at! I remember the receptions were really nice & i will never forget the room service build your own deli sandwich, I know it was custom order but it was seriously so so good, thank you IRD team. The room I got was super spacious and with a huge bathroom. Will definitely stay here again!!
