Beautiful hotel rooms with a great view over the city, didn’t find the bed very comfy and pillows was to firm for us. Only 2 lifts was working at the time and had to wait while for them sometimes and they was full when they got to our floor so had to wait. Other than that not a bad stay. Great Location

Loved staying here. Friendly staff. Room was good size and little kitchenette made breakfast quick and easy. Coffee in the lobby each morning was good too. Stayed in a room close to the lifts but heard no noise. View across the city was very pretty at night with all the lights. Tram stop immediately at the door.

Be aware the one bedroom suite has a very noisy air con in room, sounds like a hair dryer. Their handyman come to my room and said it is normal… Studio is fine tho, without this issue.

Citadines is everything and more from customer service to the rooms the location and the cleanliness all throughout the establishment. I cannot tell you how immaculate this hotel is upon arrival. Customer service was a 10 out of 10. The rooms were warm sufficient light and for a basic room I had a pretty good view. The room is a spacious comfortable and have everything you need the facilities are well presented as well. There is updates needed but everything in the sparkle sauna swimming pool and gym work relatively well. The hotel is in a awesome location located next to plenty of fast food and Asian restaurants and also the big shopping centre. The Emporium will be staying at this hotel again and will recommend this to friends and family.

Very good location, 1min from, tram stop : ) Well maintained place & very helpful staffs, Xmas choc was a great little gift from the team really enjoyed thanks 🤩 KOKO black ones!!! 24hrs reception was very handy too, definitely would go back if I need to stay Melbourne!
