Hadn’t been in since last footy season as it’s normally a stop off on the way home. Popped past on Saturday afternoon and the atmosphere was fantastic! Ended up staying on till late to watch the game. Excellent service all round, special shout out to Matt who was going above and beyond to engage and make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Will be back had an awesome time!

I already liked this pub (my local) - but the man who hosts trivia on Sundays (Mason? I believe) pushes this pub over the edge. Charming. Charismatic. Caring. I didn’t think I could like this pub more - but here we are. Pardon the soliloquy but it’s rare to find a Melbourne pub with a real character as its backbone, and that’s what I found Mason to be. Five stars.

Great pub in Richmond. There are many pubs in Melbourne especially in Richmond. The bridge hotel is the one of my fave pub. They offer great value of “what’s on” specials. I really enjoy their Parma Day ( every Wednesday from 4pm $20). They offer “Happy Hour” 4-6pm. So if you have their Parmi during their happy hour, amazing deal!! I also like their customer service, always warm welcome with nice smiles and not only friendly but also helpful. I love pubs. I frequently go to this pub because I feel good every time after I leave. This is the most important thing for “pubs”. I highly recommend this place.

The pub is nice, but you cannot leave every doors and windows open when outside is cold. If some customers want to be inside, you need to create a pleasant cozy environment for them too.

A group of us came to the Bridge Hotel to celebrate our friend’s birthday on a Saturday evening. We had booked a private room upstairs. The private room was secluded from the rest of the restaurant so we were happy about that, but it was incredibly hot and did not seem to have adequate ventilation (despite it being 20C outside, it was about 30C in the room). Unfortunately, the windows were painted shut, but we were able to open the door which gave us some relief and fresh air. Among the group, we ordered a range of menu items such as chicken parmigiana, crab spaghetti, mushroom gnocchi, fish and chips, arancini balls and drinks. Overall, the portion sizes were very generous. The chicken and chips were salted to perfection. I did receive feedback from the table that the gnocchi was ‘nice’ but a bit bland and could’ve done with more flavouring and salt. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Bridge Hotel. The staff were efficient and helpful. And overall, we were pleased with the quality of the food, and timeliness that it was served to us. Thank you to the Bridge Hotel!
