The hotel is situated in a tranquil environment, offering guests a haven of privacy. The customer service is exceptional, with polite and accommodating staff. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, and room service is available for any additional needs. Smoking is not permitted within the rooms, but there is a designated smoking area downstairs, complete with a brewery. Guests can order food from the hotel's menu. Please note that there is a $200 damage deposit required upon check-in, which is fully refundable after approximately 7 days. This information is not disclosed until the time of check-in.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We were pleasantly welcomed when we first arrived and the foyer had a great feel. Rooms are well fitted and beds were probably the most comfortable we have ever stayed on (we thought about chucking them out the window and taking them home lol). Shower was a little bit of a let down unfortunately but it is what it is. Cleanliness was good, no issues there. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory, would have been better to have a coffee machine instead of pre-made instant, but only a small matter. And a good variety of food, including fresh fruit. Overall we would definitely stay there again if we were to ever need to stay in that area again in the future. Well done!

An interesting place, some of the staff are magnificent, Maise for example is the best example of customer care I have experienced for a very long time in a hotel. The room and bed were fair, I personally don’t like a shower in the bath but this one was acceptable. Room cleaning was below par, dirty bath on the first day, then the service for the room was disappointing, no new face washer or soap, sugar or replacement mug for the one they took from the room. They don’t wipe down the desk/dinning area either. The reception staff were quick to rectify the problem though. Had the room been serviced better I would have given them a higher rating.

Staff exceeded expectations. Manager was kind enough to allow me to check in late as my flight was delayed. Fantastic room and excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend.

My work has put me up here once a month for over a year. Bit of a mixed bag - some of the staff (e.g. the ladies who work breakfast) are incredible, others (like the guy who works the front desk at night) are really rude and dismissive. Depending on who you deal with, can be a fantastic experience or a dreaded one. Dealing with the night staff - I’ve had requests ignored, they tried to charge me for my room again (even though it had already been paid for), and mystery items added to my bill (make sure you check the items on your account before you leave!). On top of that, I’ve been spoken down to and treated poorly. Reading the other reviews, the rude male staff and extra unaccounted charges seems to be common experiences. Room is nice and food is decent though.
