Great hotel. Although 3 star the room is a good size, clean and and comfortable. It's what you expect for a 3 star. The service desk and staff are wonderful and accommodating and informative. We got a great deal including extras. Close to the beach, restaurants and trams. Could not fault anything except for the slow lift but they do warn you, love the humor! but there is a 2nd lift. Very happy with all.

The staff are excellent and really try to do a great job with a terrible product. Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, decent TV, quick laundry service, breakfast passable. Cons: paper thin walls, inconsistent hot water, rooms serviced every 3 days, keys had to be reset every day, lifts are snail slow (and they joke about it). If you get a connecting room, immediately seek a different room. You can hear EVERYTHING. To be fair, I never complained to the hotel to give them the chance to fix things, but these were pretty basic things.

Location is great. Affordable price. Staff are lovely. Parking is $35 a night - cheaper to go to the upark next door. Room was freezing upon arrival - heater took over 20 minutes to kick start. Bed /mattress was broken - as I got in late and I was already dressed for bed, I had to put up with the bed. The facilities are below average and out dated. Shower water pressure was so weak, you could barely wash the soap off. signage saying to leave bathroom door open during shower due to smoke alarms and not having any air vents to prevent steam. This isn't appropriate when you are sharing the room with another. You get what you paid for I guess?

5⭐️ location. Friendly and helpful staff. However, we’ve stayed there for six days and the didn’t change our sheets or towels during our stay. The cleaning isn’t the strongest of this hotel. The lift was quite old and bad. My card stopped working three times during my stay. But for the price… it’s okay. I’d stay there again just for the price and location.

This Hotel right in the centre of St Kilda is Very Good with all the Amenities you can need for a Comfortable, Safe and Good location for the Regular Trams. The desk staff were very helpful and polite. Informative information about Melbourne and activities were Available for Free, and with a Gym and Rooftop Sun Deck to Chill on this was perfect for me. Reasonable Fee for a Room with modern furnishings. Recommend for a Traveller who wants a Safe and Sound retreat from the Hustle and Bussell of the Big City.
