Service areas inadequately staffed.  Waited 25 minutes in line to be served for food/drink and kids were unable to play in v junior pre movie.  1 person serving with at least 20 + people waiting.  Contacted customer service to advise with poor response. Both staff and management need training in what customer service entails.

Watched film in smaller cinema 5 which has partially reclining chairs. Room and seats were very clean. Vision/sound were also great.

My Best friend took me to Village Gold Class for my Birthday to see Mufasa. It had been a while since my last GC experience, and this time was just as amazing as before. Perhaps more. The service was Incredible! Very informative and helpful, offering suggestions to get more bang for our buck! The food was delish and the drinks were awesome! Could not fault the entire experience!

I like it for the location and rewards card. I use public transport, faster than going to w.ponds. now, the chairs. Wider. Good. More comfy than previously. Bad, auto recline. Better if I could have it lock upright at times. In general, I recommend getting back to cinemas to support better quality in the industry. Streaming is easy, but the experience is still worth it
