Just moved from Sydney and having Event Cinemas came here expecting similar standard to find an absolute dump! The chairs are ripped, broken and the cinema smells damp. Extremely disappointed that they have not upgraded anything. The price and amount of $$ I spend every year at the cinema I expect clean facilities

Recently watched Dune 2. Loud air conditioner sound all the way through the movie. For a film the cost 190 million USD, I could not hear any of the background ambiences in the soundtrack. Why bother screening such a beautiful film when all the way through, in every quiet scene all that can be heard is the sound of an air-conditioner. Requested staff three times for it to be turned off. It was not. Terrible cinema. Will not be returning.

Every year we get a $150 Gold Class voucher as Christmas present for parents, this year one was lost and a lady in Gold Class told us they would be able to track it down through the last four numbers on our accounts used to buy it and therefore I went to try and sort it out,, but apparently now it's impossible to track so they left me very confused and dissatisfied = if one person can do that job in Village Cinemas then I'm sure there's a second person that would be able to fix it as well. But told that is not possible at all(??????????) Extremely confused and lost!!

Seats are all disgusting, all worn on seat and backs. Considering the price you pay. Need refurbishment asap. To add more half way through the movie the lights came on until someone had to go out & advise bad indeed. Not going back to fountain gate again angry.
