An excellent and well maintained cinemas. We had a wonderful experience watching a movie at vjunior. My son absolutely loved the experience and wanting to go again. The lights are always on during the movie so the kids won’t get scared and can move anytime during the movie. They have some play area just outside the screen for kids to entertain themselves before the movie starts. They also give a ten minute break in between for kids. Overall a great experience and we will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely time tonight in Gold Class watching Deadpool 3. The lounge was very well presented and bar extremely inviting. A great menu and selection of quality wines and cocktails. We were chauffeured to our seats by a friendly young lady. The seats were super comfortable and reclined. The dividing table had lots of room for food and drinks. Overall a great experience.

Such kind sweet service, first time coming to this cinema & was kindly greeted by a nice old lady who also let me keep an extra cup as a souvenir for the Beetlejuice movie since it was way to expensive to buy the merch, huge cinema & I mean huge! Not very packed but very clean & lots of kind service to, definitely recommend going & watching a movie in the VMAX cinema for better experience with friends it’s an amazing view & seating if you’re going to watch a special movie, however can get more expensive if you do, I know I enjoyed it trust me you won’t be disappointed.🍿👻🎃

Staff was nice, and a nice interior. Disappointed on one thing though. Hygiene. Apparently, they were cleaning the cinema, and we were left waiting outside for about 8 minutes, but when I went in, I was surprised that it wasn't very clean. One of the seats my family had booked had popcorn on it, and under the seats were horrifying. (Shown in pictures). I hope Village Cinemas Knox can do something to imrpove this, but other than that all was good. Lots of ads though, but I'm not surprised about that 🙄.

On behalf of both my friend Kate and myself, we want to acknowledge the Knox O-Zone Village Cinemas concession stand employee (for reference she was wearing glasses, so sorry for not seeing her name tag, no excuse on my part) who served us yesterday on Sunday (20/10/2024), minutes before our 3:45pm session of The Wild Robot (which I had purchased tickets for ahead of time vis the app). Thank you so much to that concession stand employee for her truly exceptional service, she was so fast and friendly in preparing and giving us our fresh tasty boxes of hot buttered popcorn and facilitating our purchase of not not only the popcorn but all the sweet and savoury snacks all of which Kate paid for (thanks a lot to her too, so grateful). She made enthusiastic conversation with us too whilst serving us, including asking us about the movie we were seeing, The Wild Robot. We are so grateful to her. And we are also so grateful to the female employee who scanned out tickets for our aforementioned 3:45pm of The Wild Robot, thanks a lot to her for her friendly and welcoming attitude. Both her and the aforementioned concession stand employee deserves acknowledgement for their top notch efforts. So sorry to both of them, been meaning to post this Google review yesterday (I have no excuse). And our Wild Robot movie session was a top notch experience too in terms of comfort and both the audio and visual experience plus Wild Robot was a flawless masterpiece! Thank you so much to both the ushers and cinema projectionists for both a clean, tidy and comfortable viewing environment and a top notch viewing experience! I been watching movies at the original Knox Village Cinemas (which closed at relocated in 2002 to Knox O-Zone) fairly often from 1995 to 2002...and I have been watching movies at Knox O-Zone Village Cinemas from 2002 to now in 2024, my latest time being with my friend Kate yesterday seeing the aforementioned 3:45pm session on The Wild Robot. Since January 2023 to yesterday on 20/10/2024, I have watched many a movie with my friend Kate at Knox O-Zone Village Cinemas. To each and every single employee of both the original Knox Village Cinemas and Knox O-Zone Village Cinemas, I would like to say I'm so sorry to you all that this is the first time in the last 29 years I put in a Google review (or whatever the equivalent was of it before) of both the original Knox Village and Knox O-Zone Village Cinemas. I have no excuse whatsoever. So including the aforementioned concession stand employee and ticket scanning employee - both of whom served Kate and I yesterday on 20/10/2024 - I thank EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE of both the original Knox Village Cinemas AND Knox O-Zone Village Cinemas for 29 years of top notch service both at the concession stand and cinema theatre as well as an always comfortable top notch viewing experience for every movie I have ever watched there (including Wild Robot with Kate) for the last 29 years all the way back to me watching the original Toy Story I'm 1995. You ALL deserve to be very highly commended! I can't recommend the original Knox Village Cinemas highly enough to all movie lovers. And Kate and I can't recommend Knox O-Zone Village Cinemas highly enough for all movie lovers!
