Took the grandkids to see The Wild Robot. The session said VMAX so I thought we are in the newly renovated seating. NO WERE DOWN THE BACK IN CINEMA 11. Here is a plan of what seating I thought I paid for, but didn't get.

Cinema 4 is in such a bad state. There are no letters on the aisles. Holes in chairs and fabric ripped off time for upgrades! Not very comfortable

Village Cinemas Fountain Gate is a great place for a movie night. The seats are comfortable with plenty of legroom, and the picture and sound quality are excellent. The staff is friendly, and the snack options are varied. Located within Westfield Fountain Gate, it’s easy to combine a movie with shopping or dining. Parking is convenient, and the overall experience is enjoyable. Highly recommend for a quality cinema outing!

Extremely disappointing visit. A big part of the experience is being served food while enjoying the movie. My wife and I both ordered chicken parmigiana sliders. What was served was NOT chicken or parmigiana. Probably beef cheese burger. We pressed the service button, and when we told the attendant, she glanced at it in the dark and were told that it was as ordered. When we emailed a complaint, their reply totally missed the point. They went on with lots of PR, BS about trying to maintain high standards, and apologising that we didn't enjoy our meal. We didn't enjoy it because we did NOT get what ordered and then were rudely dismissed by the attendant.

Super uncomfortable. First of all, they have stairs ( the lift is broken and not getting fixed and they don’t have a sign for it ). For a mum with pram it’s not easy to carry all the stuff and your child and climb up at least 20-25 steps. Seats are old and literally torn. Not comfortable at all. Gave me a back ache. If you are going with kids avoid going there. The theatre was packed so they are getting decent profit but they refuse to provide their customers any comfort. Won’t go there ever again. 👎
