Kids had a ball at V Junior today! Staff were accomodating, kids loved the 30 minute playtime before the movie and 15 minute interval. Such a great idea. And the beanbag seats were so comfy!

I recently visited Village Cinema Sunshine and was quite disappointed. The seats were very dirty and uncomfortable, making it difficult to enjoy the movie. I expected a better experience, but the lack of cleanliness really took away from the overall enjoyment. Hopefully, they improve this aspect soon.

Village Cinema Sunshine. A lot of fun enjoying films, some of them even Roadshow Films, showing here, both in standard screening and even VMAX. Today we watched that latest Marvel movie about the spider based woman, so that was groovy, and look, first time as this VMAX. I think last year I did visit with friends another Village Cinema and it must've been VMAX. I like both seats. Standard seats are plush, the VMAX seats also plush. The options are the bliss and the service was awesome. Their VJunior cinemas are one of the best when it comes to viewing experience. Their bean bag seats are comfortable as if you are just watching at home theatre plus kids can move around and roam around, change seats and more. So far highly recommended.

It's a large cinema with good variety of movies, but it's a bit rundown and sad. The seats are old and worn out. The staircase emergency lighting within the cinema is too bright and in your eyes throughout the movie. It needs more than a touch up. It needs a serious renovation. But I guess people are still going there en masse, so they don't care.

Edit for misquote π½οΈ π₯ April 14th 2024: 5 stars as always at Village Cinema Sunshine. On a whim, I decided to see Civil War (2024) when I could've picked Ghostbusters or Godzilla Kong. Civil War 2024 is quite the enjoyable and quite confronting film. Left me in my seat many times remarking "damn" as a gripping story and gripping visuals. No spoiler yet be sure to see that sequence in the scenes involving the limo and black SUVs, crikey yikes πππππ±π«£. Spoiler alert quote ("oh yeah, he's busting out") unquote or paraphrased quote. That's quite a scene. ππππ±ππ«£ Among so many in the film that are memorable and will stay in your brains π§ π sunshine village was great, clean, tidy, smiley service, faultless staff. When I think of Civil War, 2024, film ironically a brand new Ariana/Arianna Grande song was out on the radio, yet I also thought of Jessica Mauboy - Beautiful. Even if it's totally unrelated to the film or the vibes. π΅ π΅ πΆ π A lot of fun enjoying films, some of them even Roadshow Films, showing here, both in standard screening and even VMAX.
