This movie theater is just awful. When we saw the reserved seats, we were totally appalled. We ended up giving up on watching the movie because we couldn't bring ourselves to sit on those filthy seats.

Had a movie at gold class on Valentine's day... They forgot to seat us on time.. everyone else was seated but us.. so we got late to our seats. Forgot to give us the bottomless popcorn with the $110 five course meal we ordered.. forgot our drinks as well so we had to buzz... Forgot to give us out food until near end of movie and it all came at once and we couldn't eat it all.. so half was wasted... Very disappointed. Kept seeing everyone else getting there refills and food on time but us... We had to keep constantly buzzing... Awful experience won't come back.

Kids had a ball at V Junior today! Staff were accomodating, kids loved the 30 minute playtime before the movie and 15 minute interval. Such a great idea. And the beanbag seats were so comfy!

We had an amazing experience at Village Cinema Sunshine, thanks to Connie! We accidentally went to the wrong theater and missed most of our movie, but Connie went above and beyond to help us. She was so understanding and provided us with alternative tickets, making sure we didn’t miss out on the part of the movie we missed. Her kindness and willingness to help truly made our day, and we’re so grateful for her exceptional customer service. This level of care and attentiveness is rare to find. We will definitely keep coming back to Village Cinema, knowing they have such wonderful staff. Thank you, Connie!

I recently visited Village Cinema Sunshine and was quite disappointed. The seats were very dirty and uncomfortable, making it difficult to enjoy the movie. I expected a better experience, but the lack of cleanliness really took away from the overall enjoyment. Hopefully, they improve this aspect soon.
