I love seeing a movie at the karingal cinemas, It's one of my top 5 places to visit, the staff are nice and I will try their best to work fast to deliver the food you ordered

Food was nice, but the chairs were filthy. They were only doing 2 servings which meant we had entrees with mains together and dessert came out too soon after. With cinemas now having more choices I would expect them to lift their game rather than drop it. Disappointing.

We pre-purchased tickets and Candy Bar options and skipped the queue! Fast and efficient service at the counter and Fresh Hot Popcorn straight out of the Bin! The cinema complex is always well mainted and very clean. We saw Migration with our kids, the seats and the cinema we were in were all clean and very comfortable. It's also fantastic to see more dining options opening up outside the cinema complex!

Took my family here yesterday and we were treated so badly by the lady ! She didn't give us the right combo that we repeated 3 times to her , first time going there to treat our kids for school holidays never again , we also didn't know where to go and it's like the lady didn't care and when we asked her, was given attitude and got told go up there . So we went up there and guided our own selves to where we needed to be , walked through gold class and we saw the cinema we had to be in then we got stopped by the man like we were stealing , explained it's our first time here we didn't know what we were doing he said we had to wait at the door , we said well we didn't know never got told , we showed him the tickets and he's like so they never told you where to go and what to do we said no she was rude , the guy asked us if we wanted food which we said no we had our popcorn etc we just wana go and watch the movie he's said well next wait at the door ! We said why we don't want food we just treating our kids to this movie then he proceeded to say okay go take your seats ? We said that's all we are doing . SUCH A HASSLE JUST TO WATCH A MOVIE . RUDE STAFF THAT NEED RETRAINING. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE

Went to see ghostbusters frozen empire in vmax a few weeks ago. Overall, the experience was good. A few pins though: They really need to upgrade their seats in vmax. It's the same darn seats as the standard cinemas and they aren't very comfortable. Another thing: they had these limited edition ghostbusters souvenir cups on sale. Was tempted to get one, and the man said they were $14! Wasn't thrilled with that.
