I like it for the location and rewards card. I use public transport, faster than going to w.ponds. now, the chairs. Wider. Good. More comfy than previously. Bad, auto recline. Better if I could have it lock upright at times. In general, I recommend getting back to cinemas to support better quality in the industry. Streaming is easy, but the experience is still worth it

Watched film in smaller cinema 5 which has partially reclining chairs. Room and seats were very clean. Vision/sound were also great.

It's a great cinema! Clean cinemas, hot popcorn, cold drinks friendly staff. Gold class is fantastic with great food options, cocktails, etc.

Car parking is problem cinema prices where dear but I've seen worse prices. But without a doubt it would have to be the flashiest cinema building I've ever been into until you go into toilets on the 2nd or the 3rd floor of the complex they where a bit of train wreck went to the toilets on the 1st floor after the movie and they were flash as well. almost need a map if you're visiting it for 1st time

We purchased tickets online for family of 4. Unfortunately one of our daughters couldn’t make it. When checking the tickets at the door the lady asked where’s the 4th person. We said unfortunately it’s only 3 of us as our daughter didn’t make it. With out hesitation the cinema lady says oh we will give you a refund for the now show ticket. Such great service and much appreciated especially these days where it’s tight on the budget for simple outings like going to the cinemas to watch a movie as a family.
