Village Cinema located at Mid Valley Shopping Centre. 8 small cinemas. Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable venue. Large foyer, modern designed ticket and food counter. Clean and well maintained restrooms. Large free car park

Attended this venue to see Wicked on Tuesday. The staff were nice and helpful. Seat comfortable. Not to busy and I thought well priced. Popcorn was good. Movie was amazing! Toilets and venue clean.

Brought tickets for my kids and I to see sonic 3 online. Money was taken out of my account but no tickets were ever handed over. Instead of doing the right thing and letting us in to see the movie they could clearly see I paid for they said they had to start an investigation into the whereabouts of the money. No phone number to call and only options are stupid bloody emails or going in and seeing them to which they reply it's head office problem. Over $100 missing and no one taking accountability. Will not bother trying to go here again.

Very well-organized cinema that was very clean and had polite staff. Huge carpark out front and a large foyer. Inside is a games area, ticket and candy bar area as well. Toilets were very clean.
