Went to Village Knox to see May December in February (lol). Cinema staff were lovely and everything very well signed. Nil reclining seats (which are available at other local cinema locations), however the theatre was clean. Would mainly come here for screenings of limited release flicks, otherwise would choose a more local option.

I wanted to extend my gratitude to the crew working at 11 am on Saturday, March 9th, at the Knox Village Cinema, particularly Kylie, the Assistant Manager. I had misplaced a set of keys in Cinema 10 the night before (movie finished at 11 pm) I was certain it had fallen from my cup holder onto the floor and would have been picked up by the cleaners. Upon returning the next day to search for it, I spoke with the ticket attendant, who allowed me to search the cinema as the first movie had not yet started. He also consulted with Kylie on whether it had been turned in to lost and found. Unfortunately, nothing had not been logged by the cleaners the night before. Thankfully, I had a tracker on my keys and, encouraged by a signal indicating the key was still in the building, I decided to continue the search. The entire team helped to search their respective areas. To my relief, the keys were eventually found in the staff room, thanks to the Tile tracker and persistence of the manager. I was thoroughly impressed by the crew's willingness to assist. As a suggestion, it might be beneficial to remind cleaning staff to promptly log any found items with lost and found. I am overjoyed with the happy resolution. Thank you to the entire team.

Please rectify the folds on Cinema 04 this is my concern from last 2 months but still didn’t rectified that ☹️😠😫🥺🫢 If no one believes me see pics attached which were taken 2 months back and other pics were fresh 🫡 New update from OCT 2023 Not yet fixed screen 4 better to watch movie online with a low quality rate if movie is in screen 4

The entrance looks super good but as you proceed towards the screen, the smell from open toilet pops out 😷 The food and beverage have good options but limited people to serve. Hence takes longer than usual to get hands on the product. Though the screens are located on first floor, they have equipped both staircase and escalators making it accessible for everyone 💯 Please add recliners soon🤞
