they might have one of the best customer service in melbourne as a whole group we ordered a lot of food including pizzas and i also ordered a meatball sub. unfortunately, the day that we went, they didn’t have meatballs so they happily changed it to chicken. but, some of us had a lot of dietary requirements and they were so accommodating and offered us free drinks since for some of there requirements, it couldn’t be done. for example with the pizza, it was made accidentally with gluten even though we asked for no gluten. instead of taking it away, they still gave us the pizza for those without a gluten allergy to eat for free. that was so nice of them!! i had the meatball sub which became a chicken schnitzel sub (i was happy with that). the chicken schnitzel was soooo crispy and seasoned well with salt and chilli. the sub also had so much sauce and lettuce which i really liked! - $22, 9/10 😋 overall, would love to come back not only for their service, but their really good food !

Such a cool rooftop with an amazing vibe! The food is absolutely delicious. It’s the perfect spot to spend a relaxed day with friends. Highly recommended!

Drink and a nibble. Lovely open roof bar on a sunny Melbourne day. Nibble was okay...chicken... flavour okay but it was only a nibble.

Very busy place wirh nice bar. Caught comedian Takashi Wakasugi's one hour set for the second time live and a second show "The First Pancake" at the same venue. The venue The Provincial Hotel allowed me to leave my own show fliers at the lobby. You won't know if you don't ask! Thank you!
