First thing before saying anything, I'd like to thank Ms faith the duty manager for her great service and cooperation and consideration, what's makes this hotel great is not any location or any fancy rooms,what's make it great is the awesome employees they have all around the world which make it out standing. The rooms are great looks like I'll be a customer here forever. The location is awesome the staff is awesome the room are awesome what I should say or not say I recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing. Stayed here for 4 nights, great location if you want to be close to everything in the cbd. Nice rooms but the best part about our stay was the incredible staff, particularly Gregor & Madisyn. They gave us great recommendations about the area and restaurants, helped us with bags during the rain and packing them in the car. They even have a laundromat next door if you stay longer which is only $5. I want to thank them heaps for making our stay super comfortable, relaxing and just overall very enjoyable knowing there’s great staff to help if you needed anything. Highly recommend especially the rooms with balconies of the top 2 floors with the most incredible natural light and views of the city. They also give you these warm cookies on arrival which are baked fresh everyday, and you can always get more for free!!

Excellent service and beautiful surroundings! The staff were attentive and efficient, always ensuring I was comfortable. The room was spotless and had a modern design with thoughtful touches. Breakfast was delicious and well presented. I also enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a busy day. The location was convenient for exploring the area. This hotel provided the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. I highly recommend it!

Look it is a central location but clearly the budget version of Hilton.... The rooms were clean but they need duvet covers. The lobby is not the best and I think it needs renovation to make it a bit better. There were not many place to sit and chill around the lobby which is the main reason I choose to use Hilton. The location is a bit too run down... overall service was amazing so well done to the staff

Amazing location! Arrived early and hoped to check in, a room wasn't ready so I went and toured the city a bit. I took an overnight train from Sydney to Melbourne so was a little wiped out, I returned around noon, still no rooms, which I could understand if the hotel was busy, but it wasn't. This was mid week, I saw maybe a dozen people move through the lobby as I sat in and waited, discovering the hotel had 187 rooms. So at 1pm, I asked again... the upgrade of the upgrade their system moved me to was still not ready, I really didn't care about the upgrade, I just wanted to shower and charge my phone that was about dead. After going back and forth, the woman was finally able to check me into a downgraded room that was still an upgrade from what I booked... at some point, I expect the people at the front desk to understand what is important to me (the customer) versus what their computer is automating. It shouldn't take four interactions, Big fail. The shower set up sucks, the lack of a door gets the bathroom all wet, not a fan.
