We had a lovely stay over the weekend and honestly couldn't fault the staff at all. Consistently very friendly and helpful, genuinely felt that they wanted to ensure we had a nice time. We got a complimentary upgrade, wine and sweets on arrival, along with a handwritten card. We haven't had this at any other hotel! The room was very clean and amazing view of Albert Park lake. Two small suggestions for improvement: the air-conditioning wasn't strong enough for the summer afternoon sun streaming in through the window and the coffee from the cafe downstairs wasn't great. But we had an excellent time and will definitely be back soon!

Great hotel in a great location. The room we stayed in was a standard king. Comfy, spacious bed. Nice clean bathroom. TV with a good choice of channels. Tea & coffee making facilities & mini fridge. Loved the black out curtains, no light shining through waking you up at the crack dawn! Hotel bar had a good choice of cocktails, & drinks. Nice seating in a variety of area's. Check in was easy, just make sure you take id, as they do ask for it. Would definitely stay again.

The Staff at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park are absolutely wonderful! We stayed there over the Formula 1 weekend and the hotel put on an amazing display of cars, free cocktail classes and a massive screen in the lobby with all the races being played live. Would definitely come back next year!

Hi, our experience was very poor. Firstly, we were put into a room where the bathroom was not cleaned properly, we have pictures of the wall. Secondly and most importantly we were put next the room where all the company machines are working so we couldn't get any sleep due to the noise the room was making. The 2nd day we couldn't stand it and ask to be moved, to another room, this was at 12AM, to which the staff said they could move us, however they asked us to pack our luggage? by this time was 2AM? This was insane. They finally moved us without having to pack our bags, however they moved us to next a room that had construction in the morning which woke us up again, I understand the construction work isn't under control of the hotel, but they could have put us in a better room. The only compensation we got was that the hotel waived the breakfast fee, which is more of an insult then anything. Very poor experience while we expected much more with the amount of money we paid.

No one answered the phone on Saturday since the morning. Left voicemail with a request for 2 pillows as we couldn’t use the large square one to sleep on. Only had one normal pillow each which was an awfully sleep. The mattress didn’t even have a joiner so couldn’t sleep in the middle or close to bed. We tried calling then through out the day since we got back for lunch on Saturday and throughout the day. Even at night. No one answered the phone or provided pillows. We ended up rolling up the bath robes and towels to provide ourselves more comfort to sleep. Definitely felt it through Saturday and Sunday not being able to have a good sleep for the convention. Food is very expensive at the restaurant so ended up getting Uber Eats
