A good hidden gem in Atura Dandenong, went on a weekday and had many patrons enjoying. Went to the counter to order 🍺🍻 but sadly Hazy IPA and some other lager's were missing from the tap. But that didn't stopped us and we were checking for available options and the server told us that they have more of bottle variety, which isn't why we got in the first place....But nevermind we narrowed down to start with pale ale, which was spot on. Ordered finger food over the counter, Nachos and Calamari. Taste pretty good, enjoyed the quality however must say portion size is very controlled but we enjoyed the food (pics for reference in photo section) Food was served on the table while we're sitting in al-fresco I'm the front area which had other diner's sitting around. Now ironically others were getting served few times by the same server and she was kind enough to say enjoy the meal and even offered the basic cutlery and tissue kit placed around but to our surprise we just got the food on table and server couldn't care more but walked away without saying a single word. Assuming server must have been busy and missed basics, we're okay with that but then same server came out to other tables next to us and was extremely polite and offered them cutlery sets and serviette etc, which made us realize that maybe 🤔 it's just our order was treated in a way. However we forgot about all this and enjoyed the food which I should say makes up for the lack of service delivery. Still would prefer to visit them again as my experience pre Covid was better , which is why we would like to visit the place more often and also being out neighborhood, like to support the business, as much as we can. Hopefully Restaurant Manager would ensure that staff can create even better experience for their patrons, which will make it even more worthy, cheers

Service was great. Staff member greeted us with a smile and did not rush at all. Lager was perfect (exactly what you'd expect at a microbrewery) and the happy hour from 3-5pm on beer, wine and spirits was ideal. Ambience along with decor were nice and the pool table is a good addition. What let the place down was the food. We ordered a traditional chicken parma each. Not sure if there has been a change in management since last year but the portion sizes have reduced considerably. Chicken was slightly wet at the bottom and the presentation was a little poor. Chips were also a little undercooked. No salad was given with the Parma. Used to love going to this place before, especially when they had the Saturday special of Parma and pot for $20. Would still visit this place again but only for the drinks and service.

As Vishesh had mentioned (all those months ago), I also used to love this place much more back in the day. Tonight, we went for some drinks and ordered a few schooners. The Summer Ale is great to start with. I also had the Doveton Pilsner and Stout. I usually am a fan of Pilsner, but it was slightly bitter and reminded me of an ale. The Stout was decent with hints of chocolate and coffee. The staff tonight behind the bar were really good. Unfortunately, I didn't get their names to praise them but two males and a female who were polite and most helpful. Now, if we didn't get food, I'd give it 5 stars based on value for money for the drinks. However, we wanted to have a snack and we chose the 3pc arancini for $16.24 on card. I do not recommend having this at all. Value for money is way below par. If, by any chance these balls were amazing, I'd have a different outlook. At over $5 a pop for the small size that they are, my Mum's fish cutlets are way better than these. In the end my verdict - the deals they used to have on the weekends (burger/Parma/fish with chips and a pot) were so good. Might have to try some of the mains here or at least look at those reviews before diving in. Exceptional value for just a drink though 👌🏽

Poor show. I can't comment on the experience because there wasn't one. We booked a table 2 days in advance, received a text asking us to confirm, and when we turned up the venue was closed for a private function. No real apology given. I made 2 attempts to contact them via 2 separate emails, both which failed to deliver. I left a message via their online form, and no one was been polite enough to contact us. Be wary if you are booking ahead.

Damian did a great job looking after us. Beers were great. Burgers were good and chicken wings were wicked.
