We thoroughly enjoyed the express lunch! We had the Margherita and Piccante pizzas - both were delicious. The house wine was tasty and the service exceptional!

Dawson is a modern Italian eatery and bar located on High St in Kew. Opened in 2017, it occupies the site of a family-owned whitegoods store, Dawson’s, which operated for 60 years and inspired the restaurant’s name. Co-owner and Head chef Majid Jreige has created a delicious menu that puts some contemporary spins on the classics. 🇮🇹 ✔️ Cacio e Pepe - delicious, and cooked perfectly al dente! One of the better ones I’ve had. Very saucy too. ✔️ Pineapple Ham Pizza - beautiful dough and big size. We only visited for a quick lunch, but based on what we tried I am definitely keen on returning to try more from the menu! They have a few weekly specials on offer including: 🍕 Mondays from 5pm - $15 for a Margarita Cocktail and Margherita Pizza. 🍝 Tuesdays from 5pm - $25 for a pasta and house wine. 🍷 Express Lunch 1130am-230pm Daily - $25 for a pizza and house wine

Decent dishes with reasonable price, the mushroom risotto was cooked to perfection and generous amount of oyster mushrooms! The grilled swordfish with eggplants was absolutely beautiful too 🤌🏻 Will definitely dine in more often in the future! 😍

Booked a large group for family and had a great night. We ordered a range pizzas and small dishes for to all share. Accommodating for children as well. Food was fresh, authentic and delicious. Prawn pasta was my favourite. Wine list also great!

Great lunch at Dawson. Requested a window table which was perfect for my grandma. Everything tasted delicious and our waiter was very nice and attentive. They had a function upstairs which looked great as well for anyone looking for a small intimate gathering. Beautiful decor as well at Dawson. I wish they had a bigger dessert menu though.
