Huge shout out to Good Things Bar for being an amazing location to host my 21st. Decked out with sweet neon lighting, lovely bartenders, great flow of drinks and just all round good vibes really made my night special. Thank you Chris for being a great, accomodating host and really going the extra mile to help me out (cheers for getting the candles!). Could not recommend this venue enough 5/5

I was lucky to have found this this venue to host my birthday. Chris was amazing throughout the whole process of the planning and the staffs were very lovely and attentive throughout the night. Couldn't have imagined a better venue to host at! Highly recommend for any functions :)

These cowboys think that having their staff approach the customers from other bars is cool. We pay for the seating and we aim to retain our customers and have them attend our venue, not theirs…..We don't need to eat each other. Leave our customers alone….

I don't usually post reviews but I had to because of what happened in last night's event. They stopped the event half way through because people weren't buying enough 13$ drinks at the bar? People paid tickets to see the last 2 headlining artist and weren't able to because of the event being cancelled midway through. Why would anyone buy another ticket for an event hosted by this bar if there is a risk you won't able to see the artist you bought the ticket for? Really short sighted thinking from the owners, in an industry based on human relationships. They panicked and tried to blame the organisers of the event for it. Never coming back here sadly and neither is anyone of my friends. A good way to kill yourself business. Maybe better to pack it in and look for another way to make money. 0.5/5 stars.

One of the best night out I’ve had! So we went out for a few causal drinks, on thing led to another and we ended up at this truely amazing wee bar/club! Honestly the whole night was brilliant, the music was bumping but what really made it stand apart and made it one of my best night outs ever was the bar staff! The lovely Jamie and brook were absolutely fantastic! They were great hosts, I honestly could of asked for a better set of girls! They were full of energy and great to chat to! Even as we left at 7 am in the morning out of my friends dropped a wallet and the bouncer came running and I mean literally running after us to give it back to us! I’m not stranger to a night out in Melbourne and been all over the place but good things really is a truely special place! 10/10 all day and night long!
