We have worked at Le Ciel in many occasions to create a scenic Proposal for our couples, and the venue has been extremely accomodating for our access time to prepare the setup and provide full access with induction on utilising the facility. We have found the space to provide amazing city views and it has been extremely important for our clients to be able to have the indoors and outdoor terrace with privacy for their special moment it really is the perfect spot! We can’t wait to do another proposal or event in the spacious level 6 or 7 function rooms!! Thanks Maria for always being responsive and so accommodating!

We got married here. The venue was nice and we had a good night. However I need to share the experiences that other reviews have left. Specifically about management and how we were treated and spoken to after we booked. Before we booked it was yes yes yes. After we paid, it became more difficult. I was so upset I had to have my now husband manage all the communication and given how far along everything was I didn't want to let it ruin our night. We were let in early the night before to set up and leave stuff there overnight. Some things got stolen. Maria denied that or said maybe the cleaner put it somewhere but those cameras see everything she could have easily checked. Our vendors also said Maria was very rude to them. Multiple vendors had issues and reached out to us directly for help. I had to apologise to them. I enjoyed our wedding night despite everything. We wanted a small venue with a nice view and it met that. It just would have been a better experience with an easier person to deal with. The venue also looked nice when we booked and it was newer, but when we came back a year later it needed a paint job and had scuff marks everywhere. Lucky it was mostly dark and the condition could be hidden a bit. We had a similar experience where we thought we could have the windows open for our ceremony but it was no longer an option on the day because no one would be there to close them and it took too long apparently. Regardless, we didn't let all this ruin a very special day in our lives but it was unfortunately not a great experience overall.

We recently celebrated my cousin’s birthday at Le Ciel Events, and it was an incredible experience! The venue is absolutely stunning, with a modern, elegant vibe that made the party feel so special. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was taken care of, making the day stress-free for us. The atmosphere was perfect for the celebration, and everyone was impressed with how beautiful everything looked. I highly recommend Le Ciel for any event. Thank you ☺️

Le Ciel is truly one of Melbourne’s best-kept secrets! We had an amazing night at this stunning venue, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The event space in Cremorne is absolutely beautiful, with a stylish and modern atmosphere that creates the perfect backdrop for any event. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. From start to finish, it was a 10 out of 10 experience for us! Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to host a special event.

Our experience at Le Ciel for our wedding on 08/11/24 was nothing short of disappointing and upsetting. What should have been one of the happiest days of our lives was marred by poor management and unprofessional behaviour from Maria. (Venue Manager) The list of issues is extensive: Lack of Accountability: We repeatedly requested the glass doors on Level 6 be opened, which was ignored for an hour and a half. This caused unnecessary frustration. Vendor Mistreatment: Multiple vendors reported being treated rudely, with one even leaving in tears. Maria failed to attend a scheduled meeting with our decorations manager, forcing them to reschedule after waiting for over an hour. This lack of respect is unacceptable. Faulty Lift: The elevator broke down during our event, trapping guests for nearly an hour. To make matters worse, it was not registered with emergency services, and the emergency phone didn’t work. This kind of negligence is shocking. No Venue Manager: Despite assurances that someone would oversee operations, there was no manager on-site. This left us scrambling to manage basic needs like lighting and heating. Last-Minute Setup Changes: We were informed last minute that our scheduled setup time might not be possible due to another potential booking, causing significant disruption to our plans. Maria’s dismissive and rude behavior added unnecessary stress to an already overwhelming day. The $5,500 venue rental fee is appalling, considering the lack of professionalism and basic service provided. We cannot recommend Le Ciel to anyone looking for a seamless, joyous wedding experience. Management needs to take accountability and drastically improve their operations.
