Been here god knows how many times. Great with friends and for hosting events (with the help of the staff)! Lots of games to play in the arcade, and nice area indoor (with cool lighting and seating) and outside to have food and drinks. Staff are very sweet, helpful and friendly. Two of them helped host a work event for us recently and gifted us a B Lucky & Sons cup with lollies and 2 panda plushies. Thank you for your service!

Thank you so much to the staff for taking care of me for my birthday! Melbourne is full of busy service workers who barely have the energy to look me in the eyes but these guys just exude friendly energy. Water was brought out to our table and I was given a cute little panda straw holder for my birthday!

Such an entertaining place to go hangout with friends, the service is amazing got free drinks on the house such a kind server we got! The games are pretty fun can get a tad bit expensive though the prizes however can be worth it, won one of the locked away prizes a marvel backpack how cute.! 🎰🎳 P.S if you want to win tickets fast, play the game machine that has tickets stuffed inside it

Had an absolute horrific time Friday, 4th of October at B. Lucky. My partner was profiled and wrongly accused of smoking marijuana on the patio when we had just gotten there 5 minutes prior. Another man was near us smoking marijuana however he got to leave without accusation. We had a pouch of tobacco on our table and although I was politely explaining to the security team that it definitely was not us & had smelt marijuana as we entered the patio as well - the security was aggressive and terribly frightening circling around us demanding us to leave. (we had 2 sips of our beverages and were unable to finish) I am disgusted that the manager/owner would allow such discrimination and abuse to occur based on how people look - I was trying to stand up for us and even offered to call the police to test my tabacco since they were making such harsh allegations I asked for the security guards name and he said "Mohammed". Just one of the 4 men who aggressively escorted us out of the venue. (He is captured in the photo below) We used to love this venue however considering this is how they treat regular customers - we will not be coming back nor will we EVER recommend b. lucky to anyone else.

My recent experience was a bit different. I ordered the Halloween special through the app to my table and waited for like half an hour till I decided to walk up to the bar and ask for it. Turned out they didn't even receive the order because halloween specials were not supposed to be open for ordering! They still made the drink but they didn't have all the ingredients which affected the taste of it. I still gulped my drink and proceeded to leave after a while.
