Great place, not so great service! We had our work Christmas party here on the weekend for 10 people, and we booked about 2 months in advance. We purchased a bowling, mini-golf, karaoke, food, and drinks package. While the venue was really fun as it always is, the service was not so great. The drinks service was perfect and our 'host' was awesome, but the food service could've been better. Our session started at 7 pm, but we didn’t receive any food until 9 pm, after we had finished our bowling. The first thing that was brought out were bowls of chips, and by that time, we were starving. We requested that the rest of the food come out immediately, but the remaining dishes didn't arrive until after we finished the mini-golf, around 9:30 pm. This delay was incredibly frustrating, especially since we had planned the event well in advance and expected a smoother experience. Management needs to reorganise how they handle large groups, ensuring that at least some food is brought out as people settle in and before they start their first activity. The timing could have been better, and it detracted from what could have been an even better night.

My 12 year old daughter had a fantastic mini golf birthday party here today. Special kudos to Jairus our party host who provided exceptional customer service ! He decorated the room with green balloons, set up all the food & drinks, nothing was too much trouble. The staff reached out earlier in the week to enquire what sort of function it was, favorite colour etc the little touches made us feel special. Very chilled vibe so stress free thanks Jairus !

The kids had a fantastic time! I didn’t have to do a thing! The party host (Joy) was lovely and patient and so great with both a bunch of ten year old boys and my four year old niece who came along as well. They had so much pizza, drinks were topped up when needed. And then Nick the amazing magician entertained the kids while the party room was tidied up for cake. My son hasn’t stopped talking about the magic tricks. Thank you! Everything was perfect. All the kids had a great time!

Had a great time playing mini golf, some of them are real creative I've not seen before
