I don't know what it is about me and hotels. I was here last year and the loft was great. But this time I felt unwelcome with my brother. The Room was ghastly smelling of like someone had just gone to the toilet throughout the loft. My brother and I had a zoom class with our diploma we are doing. And the desk we put the laptop had no real chair. Seriously I got so scared. I was sitting on a puff couch during zoom while my brother was sitting on a stool as we had to be where the camera could see us. My brother was talking to our trainer and suddenly crash bang the stool slid on the shiny wood flooring and he fell on me. All the students panicked and our trainer. Jokingly I said The recording was on but I can't watch it.I'm so sore even a week later. it was accident but could have been prevented with appropriate seating for laptops. I'm just really disappointed and upset. I spoke so highly of the establishment before. But it seems as if hotels in general don't really Pride there customers. I came to Adina because My brother and I yes are homeless and need to be somewhere until our diploma is finished. I recommended Adina to my brother, that's why we came. Management please don't take this as an offensive. Take it as feedback as in valuable so this does not happen again. For my brother and I our future is uncertain but I'd like to be able to recommend Adina apartment hotel again. I really do.

My husband and I stayed here on the weekend. It was spectacular and we kept saying wow as we walked around our Loft Apartment. It felt like we were on our honeymoon and we have been married nearly 20 years We enjoyed the complimentary food and drink and the staff were very friendly. By far the best place I’ve stayed in Melbourne

Absolutely an amazing experience. We didn't ask for much, but got an amazing apartment with full kitchen, lounge room and dining room. Trains are noisy, but hey, it's Melbourne. I'd really recommend Adina for a pleasant, no fuss and elegant stay. Thank you to the amazing staff member that went out of his way to help with our luggage when we got out of the lift and showed us to our room.

Very noisy being adjacent to the railway tracks! I slept in a roll away which was uncomfortable and in the lounge which only had a shade blind over one window so quite light during the night. Apart from that the apartment was good and centrally located. Front desk were very helpful.

We always stay here when concerts are on, great friendly staff and very happy with the 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor, comfy beds and plenty of room.
