Very great location easy walking distance to town centre. There are plenty of trams 🚊 to hop. No complaints about the rooms, nice and big roomy. Service was great when we arrived. Cooking is available if you wish you cook meals. Very clean, neat tidy. Washing machine and dryer all in one.

I recently stayed at the Adina under a group booking and unfortunately, my experience was marred by a serious issue: my earrings were stolen by the cleaning staff. I left them on my bedside along with my bangles, and when I returned to my room later that day, they were missing. (Yes I checked everywhere) I reported the incident to the front desk, but the response was underwhelming, and no resolution was offered. I’m deeply disappointed with how this was handled. While the hotel’s amenities were generally fine, the lack of security and accountability has left me with a very negative impression. I cannot recommend this hotel based on this experience.

Check in was a breeze, Great location, fantastic rooms , easy parking Unfortunately during check-out Sunday 23rd (9:15am) my wife was rudely spoken to by the female staff member who seemed every uninterested in doing her job. As someone who has booked the Adina apartments on a frequent bases, This was very disappointing! And will consider booking as where moving forward

We had a wonderful stay at Adina on Flinders Street. The location is incredibly convenient—close to public transport, within walking distance of the CBD, and near several popular attractions. During our visit, we had the pleasure of interacting with three different staff members, all of whom were helpful and informative. The room was spacious, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and laundry, a large lounge area, and a beautiful front balcony. These amenities made our extended stay feel just like home. We will definitely be returning to Adina on Flinders Street in the future!

Our family stayed at Adina for 10 days over New Year’s, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. Even though we received one free cleaning during our stay, the standards were shockingly low. Bedsheets were not changed even after seven days; they were simply fixed to look presentable, but my keen eyes as a mother could tell they were the same sheets. This made me wonder if they were even changed from the previous guests. The fridge door was filthy, and I had to clean it myself with alcohol wipes. Lets not talk about the toilet with brown spots around the seat. The garbage bin had dried food and liquids stuck to it, and even after leaving it outside in hopes it would be cleaned, it was completely ignored. The dishwasher was another disaster, with old food clogging the filter, making it unusable. I avoided cooking and only made hot milk for my kids. Bought paper cups and paper plates and utensils so that i did not have to use the dishwasher and we were tourists so too busy to clean with sponge The hotel seemed severely understaffed, with only two cleaners for the entire building during one of the busiest weeks of the year. While two receptionists were polite, the third (working the morning of December 29) was rude, dismissive, and condescending. She ignored greetings, smirked, and made it seem like it was the guests’ fault the staff was overworked. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its location and the 2/3 lovely receptionists. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and gloomy atmosphere outweighed any positives. I will not stay at Adina again and cannot recommend it to others.
