Stayed here over night on a weekend. The room price was decent for a CBD stay. It's a little dated but overall the rooms were clean and spacious. I did try the buffet breakfast and this was good. Only a small spread but it was more than sufficient. The hotel is located very close to Flagstaff station and tram stops so it's very easy getting around. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were adequate size. Room service was non existent. Charging more than major inner CBD hotels a night, this hotel could not service or clean rooms for the entire 7 day duration. Great location but that was all.

I am disappointed with the stay at this 4star hotel. Upon check-in, I was quoted a cheaper price via email, but the receptionist asked for double the amount. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, and had to request repairs twice. Someone tried to open room door twice. To make matters worse, the cleaners were making a lot of noise outside my door at 6:30 am, which made it impossible to get any rest. The breakfast selection was very limited, especially for vegetarians, and many items were empty. Overall, a disappointing experience.

We booked two rooms for a family of four. A no frills hotel with good sized rooms. We had a good stay only the AC should be checked up(room 409) it keeps switching off with a noise & wakes you up , the front desk said that it’s normal due to some temperature controls but for a 10days stay waking up in the dawn daily with sudden sweat was no joke. This was our first time in Melbourne & didn’t know that guest must take their own luggage in a trolley even in a chain of hotels in this caliber:) We had 6 luggage’s. It was our first time to experience doing luggage service with no help of door staff/bellboy.

Can absolutely not complain. Nice rooms great super friendly stuff. Breakfast is always the same there would be some variety quite nice. As well there is only one super slow ans not really good tasting coffee Maschine which is definitely not good but that’s the only point which I didn’t liked. Would definitely recommend and come back when I am back in Melbourne.
