Can absolutely not complain. Nice rooms great super friendly stuff. Breakfast is always the same there would be some variety quite nice. As well there is only one super slow ans not really good tasting coffee Maschine which is definitely not good but that’s the only point which I didn’t liked. Would definitely recommend and come back when I am back in Melbourne.

Rooms a bit dark (decor) but still very nice. Great location. Excellent buffet breakfast (although it should be for $38 pp). Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked two rooms for a family of four. A no frills hotel with good sized rooms. We had a good stay only the AC should be checked up(room 409) it keeps switching off with a noise & wakes you up , the front desk said that it’s normal due to some temperature controls but for a 10days stay waking up in the dawn daily with sudden sweat was no joke. This was our first time in Melbourne & didn’t know that guest must take their own luggage in a trolley even in a chain of hotels in this caliber:) We had 6 luggage’s. It was our first time to experience doing luggage service with no help of door staff/bellboy.

All positive in terms of location, room size, ammenities, staff, comfort. Bathroom cleanliness could use improving - I had to change rooms and both bathrooms had hairs on the floor and back of toilet seat could have been cleaned better. I’d stay again at the right price, but not my first pick.

Booked in for 4 nights over Christmas. Nice room overlooking Flagstaff gardens. Roomy, with usual tea, coffee etc, and a small fridge. Hairdryer, bathrobes, iron, and board. A small safe was also availing the room. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good, reasonably priced. The only issue we had was when we booked a taxi with reception to take us to the airport. It arrived on time, a 7 seater type vehicle, too big for just the 2 of us, driver very chatty and friendly, but when we went to pay we're informed it would be $177, gob smacked, on our arrival we used a taxi on the stand at the airport which cost us $70. Not at all happy, apparently the this taxi firm used by the hotel, wa a luxury one !. The hotel should have informed us off the cost, however, we perhaps should have asked, we made an assumption. So not very happy.
