Highly recommend this hotel, Very clean room, the most comfy bed and pillows I've ever had in a hotel room, Such friendly bar staff who stopped to have a chat with us while enjoying our drink, The gentleman at reception was so friendly,he gave us a complimentary late check out as my partner was unwell. Such a clean cool ,great vibe place to stay, will definitely be back next time we visit the area to see family.

Can’t recommend them highly enough. We ran a member event and right from the start There there team were on the ball. From the venue Booking team to the bar and table staff We’re amazingEven down to tweaking a better layout For the night, nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing and the feedback from our members was all positive thank you and we will be booking here again.

Reasonable price. Reasonable quality. Location was ideal and more central to amenities so for us it was good from that perspective. Service was ok. The thing that let their service down was the urgency in dealing with a light bulb issue in our bathroom. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. On the 2nd day we raised the issue. Nothing was done about it. The noise of the malfunction was disruptive and the effect left us with half the light in the bathroom working properly for most of the stay. It was dark. I raised this with them the next day, they say general maintenance team don't work on weekends and there's nothing they can do about it - no apology in fact made us feel like it was our problem. No apology and no offer to any other solutions or compensation. If the location hadn't been so convenient we we wouldn't have given a generous review.. On the good note, plenty of parking and accessible facilities. Bar, pool table and table tennis in the reception lounge with good casual ambience would be the best review I could give otherwise. Room for improvement. Thanks.

We planned on camping but the heat was too much so we booked a last minute hotel room. Expecting a mediocre room after staying in pricy Melbourne we were shocked at the value. The room was clean, the beds comfy, the sheets fantastic, air conditioning that worked really well, and an amazing breakfast that was included. The staff have been incredibly friendly so far. We’re so happy we’ve decided to extend our stay for another night.

The food is amazing. The service is even better! The staff culture is as good as it gets, from bar service to knowledge of the food on the menu from everyone here. If you're looking for somewhere to stay anywhere within 50kms I would be here.
