We arrived early and were able to access our room well in advance of the check in time. This was greatly appreciated as we had a big day ahead of us and it was nice to have a rest before heading out. Food and drinks at the Atrium lounge after the theatre were very nice. Only issue I have is the loudness of the elevator lift bells which I could hear even from inside my room during the day. In the evening they turn the sound down. It would be great if the sound could be turned down more in the day as well.

Stay was pleasant enough. Room was clean and comfortable. Only real issue was that the hair dryer was not working. We did for drinks and a quick bit in the Atrium. Food was very nice, but it did take a while to arrive, especially when we stated before sitting down that we were short on time.

Could not fault a thing. Such incredible professional, smiling, service. The staff must be being looked after, they were amazing. The room service meals were delicious and everything was super hot. I've never had room service chips at the top sizzling temperature. (It's always lukewarm due to transfer time). The room was beautiful and provided everything I needed with more than enough towels. I would move in if I could. Thank you Sofitel Melbourne

What a fabulous place. The minute we checked in, we were greeted by Christine, with a gorgeous smile and welcoming greeting. Informed us of everything we needed, check in was delightful, and we noticed each guest received the welcoming greeting from Christine. Our room was lovely, clean, had everything we needed with the extra bonus of having a lovely view. You need to stay here to receive all the added extras you receive to make your stay memorable. Also a lovely room attended came for a room fold down and replenishment. The whole place from lobby, passage way to room, bar, restaurant, has a wonderful atmosphere. Treat yourself here for a memorable time.

Simply fabulous hotel and great stay here. Upgraded room again thanks to my Accor membership, great views across the city. Very well located and room was comfortable and great design. Service impeccable from all staff. My only complaint would be about the buffet breakfast which was slightly underwhelming. Food selection was a bit limited compared to some hotels I’ve stayed at but I suspect that’s more to do with the limited amount of space, which was not really big enough for such a large hotel. Food that I did eat however was very good so overall I look forward to staying here again soon.
