I just love this hotel and one of the most welcoming hotels I have stayed at. The valet staff always welcome you upon your arrival and are on the ball. Always acknowledging your arrival while opening your door. Checkin staff are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to help. All staff here are happy, friendly and especially the Club staff, they are amazing always treating you like VIPs. Highly recommend for the ultimate experience.

Rooms are well set up and equipped. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Large variety and well prepared. My only complaint is that the gym is only available 6am to 10pm. Would have been more convenient if it had 24/7 access.

good location, within the free city tram zone, with the tram stop right outside the hotel. i had a baby cot in the room and its still spacious enough to have 2 large suitcases splayed out with room to walk around. the beds were a little too soft for my liking but we still had a good night's rest. breakfast was decent, nothing really stood out.

Having only stayed in the King Deluxe rooms, I can only comment on them. Whilst this is a 5 star hotel these rooms are not to such a high standard. The fittings and much of the decor are tired and showing signs of wear. The staff are excellent and show great attentiveness and appropriate decorum. Some fantastic views to be had from certain angles, less so from others.

Repeat stays prove that the staff really elevate this hotel from good to great. Nothing has been too much trouble and small details were observed (like knocking quietly for a room service delivery because I was on a meeting) to my great satisfaction. I’ve enjoyed every stay, be it for work or leisure. Excellent food too. Congratulations to the whole team!
