Very comfortable resort in picturesque surrounds. The rooms are modern and well appointed - we had a 1 bedroom which offered good space but unfortunately does not come with a balcony. Bed and shower were excellent. Lovely pool area and a good variety of activities on offer. The restaurant was good on the occasions we tried it, but it felt short-staffed with only two staff working the bar and dining area on a Friday night, and a single staff member for Saturday breakfast. They did very well in the circumstances! A vending machine somewhere would be useful as there is no minibar or kiosk - so nowhere to buy snacks or drinks.

We had our wedding at the Sebel in October and it couldn’t have been more perfect!! Right from the beginning we felt valued at the Sebel, everybody was very accommodating and nothing seemed a hassle!! Nicolette was so incredibly helpful in planning our wedding, distance not being an issue with the constant communication from start to finish. The venue was always presented beautifully when we visited! On our wedding weekend the venue was stunning!! The rooms were beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Our reception room was put together by the Sebel beautifully with us only having to add our own little details. The wedding morning was made much less stressful knowing Nicolette was making sure everything was how it needed to be!! The food absolutely incredible!! Had so so many compliments from our guests on this! I couldn’t recommend a wedding at the Sebel higher, our was so magical and completely enjoyable in every way by both Roy and I, but also all of our guest!

A hidden gem located in Merijig in-between Mansfield and Mt. Buller. 1 bedroom apartment was fantastic, buffet breakfast was great, and dinner at the Peaks Restaurant and Bar on site was excellent. Highly recommend this place for families as it has something for everyone to do with many on-site activities. The pool was better than the photos on-line, the mini-golf was fun to play, and the spa and sauna were great to use to end the day. All staff were very polite and provided great customer service. Keep up the great work, team 👏👍

Disappointed with room allocation We requested a specific room which was available on arrival, but they put us down in Siberia as it suited then better. Restaurant was closed The entire time we were there, which was extremely disappointing. No breakfast for two days. No breakfast was served Rooms need update Unhelpful staff. As a regular visitor of pinnacle Valley, we are sadly disappointed with new ownership they have dropped the ball. we will not be back sadly. Don’t think they will last long with this attitude. The resort has a lovely setting. We stayed in spring, with lovely sunny days and cool nights. I was called the day before to inform us that check is after 3pm but reception is remote staffed after 5pm. Check in was easy and uneventful (at 4pm). We had a chalet with a lovely outlook from the lounge room. Unfortunately our TV was not working correctly and as we discovered this after 6pm we had difficulty getting someone to fix it. (All was fixed the next day) We also had showers around this time to discover one of the bathroom ammenities (that smell devine!!) was empty. We went across to reception to ask for a fresh bottle, I was most embarrassed by the staff member scalding us for not requesting this before housekeeping had left for the day. We played mini golf as a family and enjoyed walking the grounds. There is a great games room under reception. Breakfast was basic, scrambled/boiled egg, other hot items, cereals and breads
