Our second stay here. The customer service is better than any 5 star hotels I've stayed at. A peaceful and serene vibe . The pool temperature is perfect and you know it's a good pool when you can just walk in and not feel cold. The gym is very sufficient. I didn't try the food but I'm sure I will be back again. Me and my partner are one of those couples that love mini bars , so snacks and drinks in the room to purchase would be lovely in addition to a robe and slippers. But otherwise, a good place to stay for a mini break .

The Sands Torquay is a beautiful resort with stunning ocean views and a range of excellent amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food and a variety of options to suit all tastes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings and beautiful decor. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness of the rooms could be more thorough between guests. While there were no major issues, a few minor details, such as hair on surfaces and a slightly musty smell in the bathroom, could be addressed. Overall, my stay at The Sands Torquay was enjoyable and relaxing. The resort's amenities, service, and food quality were exceptional. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, The Sands Torquay could truly be a five-star destination.

We had a great time at the Sands Torquay. The staff were so firstly and welcoming. The rooms were wonderful and spotless. Dinner was beautiful in the restaurant. Only real complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

The service we received was 15/10. Thank you to Tracey who made our check in so lovely and memorable. We had the warmest and loveliest service. The amenities were great, rooms were lovely, pool nice and warm. Thanks Mr. Sands (employee of the year 2024) (although we think that award should go to Tracey). We also enjoyed the wood fired pizza. We loved our family stay and would recommended people to stay.
