We came here for one night with my partners work. The food was terrible, dinner in particular was inedible with many people opting to eat some of the kids food - we ordered a pizza after dinner as everyone was hungry. Also, the bar was very inconsistent, one minute we were able to order cocktails, then we weren't, then we were. Rooms were tired and the blinds had so many dead bugs on them - it was disgusting. The bed was super comfortable tho and staff were nice.

I loved our stay here. I travel quite a bit and the staff at this hotel are really lovely. Reception was always friendly and accommodating as were the room attendants/cleaners if we needed anything. We were given I nice room but facing away from golf course so called reception to see if we could upgrade and she told us n to stay where we were and she would come and take us to our new room.....just really great service! The golf course view rooms are worth the extra $40 per night....simply stunning. The room was lovely, large and modern with only the bathroom slightly showing its age but still large and clean. Bed was good, a choice of pillows. It's a 5 Min drive to the restaurants of Torquay. We loved our stay and I hope the staff on this Weekend see the review.....thankyou to all of you!

My husband and I stayed in your hotel twice in two month. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and the pool is just gorgeous with a wonderful gym. The staff are so friendly. The food is first class. The breakfast is served to your table it was absolutely beautiful. The staff on the reception are just amazing.The from Canada was outstanding. Sorry I forgot her name she was most thoughtful. We can't wait for our next stay in your beautiful hotel.

I made my booking more than month ago with a special note that I have my dog travelling with me. They accepted my booking, deducted money from my account and now just one day before the holiday they informed they can't provide a room for the nights I booked in since there's no pet friendly rooms available. Asking me to change all my plans to fix their mistakes by coming in a different day that they can accommodate me. Leaving me no time to even book a different place. Their justification is I booked a wrong room. So it took more than a month for them to validate my booking and inform me I booked a wrong room. Options given to me was that I have to stay in one room first night and then move to a different room second night. Wonder is that the best option they can provide by ruining my family holiday plans for Christmas. Since it's already ruined my Christmas plans I asked for a refund. It even takes even 2-3 days for refund to be available in my account. This is really unacceptable.

5/5 stars! Check in smooth & easy. Robyn the the team behind the desk very helpful. My room was upgraded which was nice. Lovley, clean comfortable spacious room. Good aircon. Sliding doors with big balcony. I’d definitely return!
