I recently stayed at the fabulous four-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread offered by the hotel. The location was convenient, making it easy for me to explore the city. Although there were a few minor issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity, overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious yet affordable stay with excellent service.

Booked this hotel when I landed in Melbourne. We loved the location and the aesthetics of this place. Vibes were great. Design simply stunning. Hotel is central enough, with lots of restaurants nearby and trams are steps away. Breakfast wasn't included with our stay but we still enjoyed the room, and the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. I only don't like that despite closing the doors for the bathroom, it's still see-through so you can see the person inside the bathroom.

Location is great as we need to be around Carlton Gardens. Hotel is a converted Motel with beautifully appointed rooms of various sizes. Exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Have just rebooked another 4 nights in July. Can only highly recommend.

I was pretty skeptical going into our reservation given that this hotel has a motel layout (I think it was converted) and given my perception of motels from living in the US. If you are anything like me, let me assure you that you have nothing to worry about. Zagame's is absolutely awesome. The room was impeccably clean, the shower was beautiful and well laid out, and the toilet position did not bother me like it bothered some other people. Overall we had an amazing stay and I wish we could have been there longer. The staff were always helpful too. Oh also, they have the single best hotel bed I've ever slept on. Apparently it's a custom bed from Thailand... we asked.

If you visit your child who studies at University of Melbourne it’s super close. Also I enjoy all the Italian restaurants on Lygon Street as well as the shops there. You can easily walk to Carlton gardens with great trees and lawn to enjoy the sunny days or Melbourne Museum. Royal Exhibition Center for graduation also convenient as well as Melbourne Central shopping. They supply you with Bodylotion and Conditioner, tea and coffee. It’s a bit small and dark inside.
