After a long haul flight we were picked up and were treated very well. We crashed into comfortable beds, the room was adequate for our needs. The service was very good and the grounds were clean, neat and tidy. In the morning they were very helpful in taking us to our train. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent hotel close to Melbourne Airport with 24 hour shuttle service. Breakfast and dinner always delicious. Wonderful caring staff and friendly front desk. Rooms clean and gorgeous comfy big bed and sheets. We leave our car at this hotel while we travel and have never experienced any problems. Highly recommend this hotel.

We will definitely stay here again. It's magic! Fantastic service, we kept our car here and we were shuttle bussed to the airport. On our return we were picked up and our car was waiting safe and sound back at the motel. The location is excellent for easy access to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed here on 3 trips to Melbourne. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The single rooms are very small but adequate for a single night. Other rooms are bigger and comfortable for a longer stay. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is a great service and runs frequently. The drivers are great company and careful drivers. The hot water pressure is good and aircon effective.
