After a long haul flight we were picked up and were treated very well. We crashed into comfortable beds, the room was adequate for our needs. The service was very good and the grounds were clean, neat and tidy. In the morning they were very helpful in taking us to our train. Will definitely use them again.

Nice and close to the airport, complimentary airport transfer. Big shout out to the staff in the Cafe, so friendly and made you feel really welcome. Accidentally left my headphones behind, and the staff were straight on the phone to let me know once they were discovered. So relieved to get them back. Thank you so much!

Excellent hotel close to Melbourne Airport with 24 hour shuttle service. Breakfast and dinner always delicious. Wonderful caring staff and friendly front desk. Rooms clean and gorgeous comfy big bed and sheets. We leave our car at this hotel while we travel and have never experienced any problems. Highly recommend this hotel.

We will definitely stay here again. It's magic! Fantastic service, we kept our car here and we were shuttle bussed to the airport. On our return we were picked up and our car was waiting safe and sound back at the motel. The location is excellent for easy access to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I highly recommend staying here.

My stay at Best western Airport Hotel was exceptional, and I'd like to share some of my experiences: 1. Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were spotless. Housekeeping did a fantastic job daily, making the room feel fresh and comfortable. 2. Location:The hotel is easy to catch the airplane, they also provide free pick up and drop off service. within walking distance to restaurants. 3. Service:The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. From check-in to check-out, they provided top-notch service. The front desk personnel, in particular, were very helpful and offered great suggestions and assistance. 4. Facilities:The room was well-equipped with strong and stable Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and all necessary amenities. The hotel's mini gym and swimming pool were also excellent, adding to our overall enjoyable stay. 5. Price:Compared to other hotels of the same level, the room rates here are very reasonable, offering great value for money. 6. Dining: They provide buffet breakfast and delicious, with great service from the restaurant staff. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with Best Western Airport Hotel . This stay made our trip very pleasant. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
