Reviews for Pullman Melbourne on the Park

Last week i spent 4 nights ar the Pullman on The Park Melbourne. Its One of my favourite hotels in Melbourne. Excellent service all round except for being double charged for mini bar...but it happens now and then. Upgraded from a premier superior room to a Delux Executive Suite. And it was a fantastic corner room over looking melbourne city and views of the MCG area. Welcome gifted and discount in restraunt. As an accor member Breakfast in either the club lounge or in the restaraunt on ground floor. Either way very happy with breakfast. Dinned in the restraunt and was happy with most meals except for one meal I did inform staff of the disappointing meal and they apologised and made sure future meals were excellent ..thanks to Julia for the exceptional service in the restraunt yet again Discount granted for meals and drinks in restraunt and bar. For those of you who know Julia she may be retiring soon..we will miss her. I was informed that it spa will not be fixed..disappointing news ..i have been waiting a few years for it to be repaired. The pool was great and sauna and steam room lookdd good but never got a chance to utalise them. The executive lounge was very good as usual...the selection of canapes has improved . They now have an excellent selection of hot and cold foods The wine list of the house wine is a bit boring but they ran out so i was lucky to have the option of a very nice shiraz. Spirits avaible as was sofdrinks. Late checkout granted Always enjoy staying here and i love the outside pool on a hot day ..or any day.

The room was exceptional. We had a lovely view of the MCG and the tennis centre in the distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel offered a variety of breakfast choices. I also enjoyed the bar. It was a wonderful treat to enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine in the evening. The staff were friendly, polite and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel as a wonderful place to stay

This was my first time visiting Australia and I couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay at. My main purpose of visiting was to attend the AO 2026 and to celebrate my 10 year anniversary. Upon check in Mardi assisted us and she was wonderful! Our room wasn't quiet ready, so we left our luggage with the concierge and walked around Fritroy Park / CBD. We returned at about 2pm and our room was ready. The customer service at the hotel was TOP NOTCH! Our room felt pretty warm, so we called the front desk multiple of times and they worked with us. Then we finally just realized maybe the problem is us and not the AC. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant two nights and our waitress (Julia) was AMAZING! She was very welcoming and informative when it came to answering our questions regarding the menu. She was talking to us like we had known her for years. On our last day we had dinner at the restaurant and thanked Julia for just welcoming us and providing us with great customer service. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the AO which we attend 3 days of. Overall, all great great stay! If I come back to Melbourne, I know where I will be staying!

Pullman is such a great hotel - staff were fantasic, suite was fabulous, lounge was lovely and restaurant was great. We had a lovely view of the MCG and Fitzroy Gardens - you could hear the trains a little but it did not bother us at all - if you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. Suite was comfortable and spacious. Lounge was not staffed during the day but you could use your key card to access and there were plenty of soft drinks, tea, coffee on offer - snacks were limted and could have had a few more choices. Evening drinks and canapes had a great selection. Car parking (for a fee) was super easy. Restaurant had a good menu and food was great, the service from Julia was impeccable anda real highlight! She is an absolute asset to Pullman on the Park.

We loved this hotel! Everything about the facilities is great. Nice decor and lobby and common areas, rooms seem nicely current, and the fitness center and sauna were solid. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Finally, the location is great. The tram is right out front, it’s next door to a great park and across the street from some of the major sports arenas. Would recommend!
