The Imperial Room has been designed specifically for larger-scale weddings and functions, catering from 200 – 600 seated guests, and versatile enough to be reconfigured to allow smaller or larger numbers. Delicate details such as a polished timber staircase, Bridal Table with a stunning mirror and lighting feature act as a focal point in the room. Features: -A large parquetry dance floor -A large staging area for the entertainment directly opposite the dance floor -A sweeping polished double timber staircase -A newly renovated neutral colour scheme -Elevated wings ensuring that all guests have an unrestricted view wherever they are -positioned -An elevated Bridal Table area -Mirror and Lighting Feature which acts as a focal point in the room -Fully serviced bar.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting an event at Grand Star Reception, and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful lighting that creates the perfect ambiance for any occasion. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially the person in charge. They were understanding and made sure to handle all of our last-minute changes with ease, which really took the stress out of planning. Overall, the event went off without a hitch, and I highly recommend Grand Star Reception for anyone looking for a beautiful and flexible venue.

Exceptional Service at Grandstar Reception! We recently held my sister's wedding reception at Grandstar and were blown away by the outstanding service we received. From the initial meeting to the big day, the team was responsive, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Special mention to Neelesh, our event manager on the night, he was extremely professional, patient, and kind. Him and his team of staff made the evening truly special. The venue was beautiful, and the team's flexibility with the unpredictable weather was greatly appreciated. They were kind to allow us to use one of the other function rooms to take our professional photos. We highly recommend Grandstar to anyone looking for a exceptional wedding reception venue. We'll definitely be back for future events!

Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation towards Grand Star Reception and Convention centre staff. All I can say is WOW! Naresh and Estelle are outstanding and , exceptional. Their communication skills, patience, vigilance, efficiency and warmth is second to none. All our birthday preferences were followed and fulfilled to the dot. The room was magnificent 👌. We recently hosted a party at this venue for my niece's 18th birthday, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly easy to deal with. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—even handling last-minute changes to the event with ease. Their helpfulness and attention to detail made the entire process so much easier. The food was well-prepared and enjoyed by many of our guests. Combined with the great atmosphere of the venue, it created a wonderful experience for everyone. The space was beautifully presented, spacious, and perfectly suited for our celebration. Everything was very affordable, making it an excellent choice for hosting events. The birthday girl had an amazing time, and seeing her so happy made the day even more special. We’re truly grateful to the staff and management for their efforts in making this event a success. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a welcoming space with excellent service and a warm ambiance. Thank you for helping us create such a memorable celebration!
