This place is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt at home in its cozy, welcoming environment. The vibe here is just perfect—relaxed, warm, and inviting. Ryan, the barman, made the experience even better with his friendly and welcoming attitude. The fireplace and comfy seats were the perfect touch and the mulled wine here is the best I’ve had all season—it absolutely made my day! Came in for a quick drink before dinner. and just wanted to stay. Amazing staff that make you feel welcome. Great cocktails. Super cool vibe. It feels like an exclusive club that we were allowed to peek into. We didn’t want to leave, and we will definitely be back. What a marvelous hidden bar. Definitely recommended.

Went to this basement bar for pre dinner drinks. Best to book a table, or even the dual couches in one corner. What a refreshing place. Moody but bright, noisy yet sort of intimate. We didn’t eat, but the nibbles menu looked great. Drinks were professionally made and served. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Just a brilliant atmosphere. Owner Martin Pirc is an experienced pro….he has the restaurant upstairs too (Punch Lane). No real disability access as the lift is up 4 steps.

Came here for afterwork happy hour. Waiters are attentive but not pushy, great bartenders. Have an extensive list of cocktails but majorly gin and whiskey. Great playlist and atmosphere for catch up or between restaurant reservation.
