We have just left beautiful Marysville and stayed at peppers for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were gifted with a complementary upgrade due to some issues with booking (our own fault as we cancelled and then re booked!) the room really had a beautiful vibe about it with a fantastic view and balcony. Beds (even the sofa bed) were so comfy! The kids were gifted with a little bag with some activities in them which were used through out the stay and they were treated so kindly by Mel and Karen. My daughters were so excited that Mel joined us out by the fire one night for some marshmallows and really made them feel special. Karen helped out with all our little requests happily and nothing was to hard. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed a meal in the restaurant on the last night. Again our girls were really looked after! We then spent some time out by the fire again making some friends! Location is walkable to everything you need and lots of parking available! I would definitely love to come back again! Thank you!

We were a group of 4 families with kids and stayed for 1 night at Peppers. We had a wonderful time! The rooms were cozy,the breakfast was scrumptious with plenty of veg options, several restaurants and cafe's at walking distance to grab dinner and drinks. The staff got us a bonfire lit for the cold winter night and we spent quite some time in the common area which had a lot of board games and toys for the kids! It was the perfect weekend getaway!

What an amazing couple of days we had in Marysville. We dropped into Peppers for drinks and were made so welcome by Matt that we came back the next day. Service is exceptional and makes you want to come back. Thanks Matt, from Rhys Michelle Jackie and Jim. You are a legend!

Room is quite clean and staff is friendly. Beds are not comfortable -they are two separated beds put in together. Sofa bed is hard to sleep on as it cut in half. Small window and only shower. Restaurant breakfast is disappointing on day one- no one at reception - we were confused as just went in without any check in- the girl didn't take our room numbers and kept doing something at the bar. She didn't seem to greet any customers either. The coffee machine was not working - limited food selection and no hot drink for breakfast. Dinner service is not great, the staff forgot our desert and we waited very long for all desserts. We asked kid's ice cream to be served first and they forgot as well. My food is too salty- I didn't finish. Lamp is good. Day two breakfast coffee machine worked and the different girl at reception took our room numbers. Recommend to avoid restaurant as better options nearby. Location is good. Easy access to lake mountain and staff at ski hire opposite to hotel is super nice and friendly. Park and Bruno's garden nearby is great.

Loved our stay at Peppers Marysville. A stunning accommodation in a fabulous location. Great option for families and walking distance to everything. It was very clean, wonderful service and comfortable beds. We will be back again!
