I recently was involved as the entertainment for a corporate event and was treated with great respect. Very professional organization. Extremely friendly staff. I’d recommend this place for your next event for sure. The food was great too. I didn’t stay in the rooms myself but my colleague did and she said it was very comfortable.

Another great addition to the Accor chain. Hotel and it’s services were 10/10. At check-in Rhonda was very helpful and advised us of close by by attractions. The free to use pool, tennis court, sauna and gym were excellent. However, I have to mention that our dinner experience was a bit poor as we waited 65 minutes for the dinner to arrive. The restaurant said that they had taken too many bookings and that the kitchen could not handle the orders coming in.

This is a serene retreat just 90 minutes from Melbourne, nestled in the quiet town of Marysville. The hotel features an outdoor pool, fitness centre, and restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Marysville town centre and offers complimentary unlimited WiFi and free parking. We booked the Superior King Room, which included a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room boasted amenities such as air conditioning, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed, making our stay both luxurious and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Such a great place and great location for a getaway or business. Staff super friendly and helpful. Location is just beautiful. However I would suggest a change of towels which were old, thin and rough. A place of this quality needs plush towels to fit the luxurious experience. Besides that - it was great.

A decent hotel with all the right trimmings to be great but is let down by poor maintenance and service. The Chromecast function in the rooms is intermittent at best and only worked for an hour before it died midway, the two Tesla chargers onsite do not work and are documented to not be working properly for almost a full year now on Plugshare. In my room the exhaust in the bath also did not work. Shower temperature fluctuates wildly. Sound insulation is notably quite poor as we could hear conversations in the room next to us and from the hall. No room service available whatsoever. No bottled water or carafe in the room. Welcome drinks could not be redeemed until the restaurant opened at 4pm. At dinner at the attached Andiamo there was a long coarse hair in the side salad of my scotch fillet which was a ridiculously priced $64 for what was obviously a $10 cut of meat. To add insult I ordered it medium and it came out past well done. Service in the restaurant was also very hit and miss with half the staff being polite but senior staff visibly short. Wait times excessively long with a 40 minute wait from order to service for a steak and salad. One patron walked in from the terrace and complained about nobody taking his order after 20 minutes of being seated within earshot of me. A final minor gripe that is a little ridiculous is that I ordered an espresso martini and it was served to me in a water goblet. Put simply my stay could have been much better if maintenance was up to scratch in the hotel and if the service was better in the restaurant. All in all I rate the hotel a soft 3 (this is somewhat generous as a rounded up 2.5) and the attached restaurant an overpriced 2 unless you’re only there for pizza or happy hour bevs. The hotel itself presents well and is fairly newly refurbished as I understand it however maintenance and proactive management seem to be lacking. Neither the hotel nor restaurant are up to the standard that I usually see at Accor properties and I would like to think that there is room for much improvement with a bit more attention from management.
