We had a fantastic two-night stay at Zagame’s House! The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Room service was excellent, and the wine bar/restaurant downstairs was a highlight of our stay. We dined there both nights and enjoyed happy hour. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to friends. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Funky hotel in good Melbourne location. Good sized rooms, clean & functional. No facial tissue in the room is a bit surprising. On-site restaurant has limited menu but great quality. Free use of hotel washer & dryer is a nice plus for longer trips.

Excellent place to stay! The location is perfect, and the service is truly outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable—everyone is so accommodating and kind! The rooms are very clean, and the food is absolutely amazing. A special shoutout to the head chef, Jon, who went out of his way to accommodate our vegetarian preferences and prepared some truly delicious dishes for us. Highly recommend this place!

I had a lovely time at Zagame’s. The rooms were beautiful and the service was fantastic. The only thing that spoilt this experience was when I heard (who I can only assume is the head cleaner) speaking to her staff. She was incredibly rude towards them and made an effort to point out everything they were doing wrong in the most aggressive, unprofessional way possible. This left a horrible feeling as I was worried all staff are treated like this.. everything else was lovely, but I hope this is addressed by management because if you make an effort to ensure staff are not treated poorly by guests, they definitely should not be treated like that by their employer.

Modern hotel in Melbourne CBD district with a great coffee shop and super helpful staff. Ask them for recommendations and they will be very happy of give you great tips. Very good value for money and has a campervan accessible parking. We will be back if again in town!
